巴淡島國灣格蘭德瑞士貝爾酒店 (Grand Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam)

The plug socket at my bed side was not working. I asked to fix it and it was fixed. However the rectangular lighting at the toilet was flicking all the time. I asked to fix. It was not fixed. The flicking was probably due to a more complicated problem and it would not be easy for the electrician to fix it.

I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but only realized upon arrival that parts of the property were still undergoing construction. The gym was not yet operational, and several rooms remained closed for renovation. During my two-night stay, there was a serious insect issue in the room, including mosquitoes, fruit flies, flies, and other insects. My friend was bitten multiple times during our stay. On the morning of the second day, I requested a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The staff assured me that they would arrange pest control treatment for the room, but no action appeared to have been taken. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially given the lack of resolution despite raising the issue with the hotel.

Omg this is the best hotel i ever stay in!! I note them in that im celebrating my anniversary and they surprise both of us!! The room the hotel were awesome!! Look at the effort

Service standards were impeccable especially front office desk Tesa who well above and beyond to make our hotel stay a truly memorable one.
