Handuk tidak disediakan lengkap padahal di kontrak perjalanan ditulis disediakan handuk. Petugas hanya sendiri saja sehingga ketika kunci tidak berfungsi, tamu harus bolak-balik naik tangga. Keunggulannya di harga yang murah yang sebenarnya tidak terlalu worth it juga. Daerah ini mudah cari makan.

Suami saya ketinggalan sepatu saat check out tapi malam nya saya dan suami saya check in kembali saya ke resepsionis untuk sepatu yg tinggal tapi resepsionis bilang kalo sepatu udah di buang, kan emang ga masuk akal, udah jelas sepatu itu baru di beli bisa bisa nya di bilang di jual dan ga ada tanggung jawab nya sama sekali,

I requested specifically for a non-smoking room. The room I received smelled like cigarettes. When I brought it up to reception, his only reply was to mention that there is non-smoking NOW. Severely disappointed with my experience at CJ Homestay.
