Whoever is going to stay in this unit, please Please PLEASE reconsider to see other places before you book. UNLESS you will be as regret as me. This apartment is other than just good location (one step away from habour bay ferry terminal) NOTHING ELSE is good. The check in still check out is just awful. *ALERT* 1)The check in reception if not even a place for check in * I went there for check in, they told me to wait their HQ WhatsApp number to check-in and ask we to send my PASSPORT through WhatsApp. Idk is this but I swear to god I never stayed in any place that asked me to send PASSPORT BY WHATSAPP. If no I'm unable to stay there. (I will definitely report your company first for sure if anything of my personal leaked and I have keep all your conv with me) 2) After the check in I got the pin number for the digital door lock. BUT the door sensor is not working at all, have tried multiple times on that and it is just flickering non stop. Then need to wait their HQ to send someone here. Well fine the technician team come down within 5 min and check the door. They tried to fix it, they said seems to be a batteries issues. Ok fine, another 20 more min of waiting, suddenly they told us is the door spoiled need to call the team to change the whole door lock. WOW I was waiting for so long and it's like huh everything spoiled and no one check before I check in (I checked in 4:40pm btw). At the end they managed to changed us from #5-03 to #9-09. 3) In the room #05-03 quality is just so poor as you can see the photo below pillow case dirty, even the pillow cottons alr exposed idk is there any Mickey mouse inside or not. Toilet door spoiled also cannot lock. These are just the critical and there are still more. Dirty microwave, mold wooden floor, paint peeling. 4) Very poor customer service, the people who liance with me through WA can tell they just care about my money but not their customers. I know I'm paying RM 250 for one night and you dun give a sht of me cuz we are not paying for a huge amount. Well I would like to tell you as well I never write someone so long review (usually within 2 sentence), but due to the whole crazy service you gave me you definitely deserve to have this. *WHO EVER MANAGER/OWNER OF THIS COMPANY* PLEASE TRAIN YOUR MEMBER NOT DOUBT AND STOP GIVE STUPID ANSWER LIKE "OUR THINGS ARE USUALLY IN GOOD CONDITION" THE WHOLE CONVERSATION BETWEEN ME AND YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS JUST HORRIBLE. YOUR TEAM IS DOUBTING ME OF IDK HOW TO USE THE FACILITIES LIKE THE TOILET DOOR. INSTEAD OF HELPING ME TO FIX OR JUST CHANGE A ROOM IMMEDIATELY. I SWEAR TO GOD I WON'T STAY IN YOUR BUILDING ANYMORE FOR SURE.
