地點靠近海岸碼頭旁邊的小街上，附近酒吧臨立，旺中帶靜。酒店裝修雅緻，簡約而富時代感。樓層有洗衣房，洗衣粉、洗乾衣機齊全，雖說有關門時間，但目測並無鎖門。房間寛敞，裝潢尚新，電爐，焗爐，微波爐，簡單爐具俱全，沒有異味，但浴室沒有暖燈，洗手盆去水很慢，亦沒有浴缸。 距離巿中心約十五分鐘步行，中間有點昏暗，人流亦較少，入夜後有點不便。但機場Air-bus就在碼頭旁邊，約五分鐘步行。 以塔斯曼尼亞最大城巿而言，這酒店是回頭之選。

Not our first time. (Third time) Pros: Location is next to Salamanca Market (Saturdays). Lovely big size room comparing to the other accomodations. Professional staff. Cons Alot of its furniture is quite used (worn) but acceptable. Bed’s bit boucy to our liking. Other things to note: Parking is $15 per night.

The location made it convenient for us to travel everywhere, whether by walking or using transport. Most importantly, the staff were very hospitable, always assisting us with various requests, including adjusting the room temperature via the central control. Each daily room service was satisfactory, with all amenities restocked and the room well-maintained to its original condition. The stay experience could be further enhanced with additional power points around the apartment and room, if possible. Likewise to have better room heating as well as Tasmania is really chilly from day to night. We still very much appreciate the stay, so thank you :)
