酒店地理位置一流，bath中心，老房子酒店，比較陳舊。早餐正宗Full English，比很多大酒店都好吃。

服務員忽悠我們加錢 本來房間是家庭小童可以免費住 ，外語必須要好差一點被忽悠！

特別方便，火車站到酒店步行五六分鐘，就在老城區裡面，離有名的百年麵包店Sally Lunn's步行一分鐘，酒店門口就是城市環遊大巴的上下車點。

房間通風系統很差，沒有冷氣。酒店員工說沒有其他房間門匙感應也很差。

位置好，沒有自己酒店的停車場。房間很小，早餐很差

除了房間老一點，其他的都很不錯

I wish they could get their heating/Aircon system to work. 2nd stay in as many years and same issue both times. And beware if you stay on the side near the Huntsman -who would think that a Monday night last call would be so loud??? Lovely to see Temple Spa in the bathroom though

The hotel location is excellent and it has a lovely antique vibe with a modern twist, the bathroom is spacious as well. Things that could be improved: one light bulb is dead, the small bedside LED reading light on one side of our bed doesn't work, the kettle needs some descaling. We found a hair tie left on the floor carpet, maybe it was left by the last guest in the room.

The hotel had great location and tasty breakfast. The room was nice and good toilet. Great room service for bringing your delivered food to your room for you. However the staff needs to improve their communication skill and knowledge. I was told that I could buy breakfast prior to the day I want the breakfast and I didn’t have to book a time slot. However when I wanted to check out I was told that I was charged the price of the breakfast that is bought on the day, not the day prior. I later talked to the staff and they understood their staffs mistake. The hotel doesn’t have dinner service I was told.

This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later. The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form. 🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. ❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest
