The room that we were given was different from what l selected online. It was tiny and suitable for one person only not 2 adults. The advertisement for this hotel was misleading, it indicated that there was a small coffee table with 2 chairs which was not the case in our situation we had 1 chair. The carpet had stains on, and there were cobwebs and dust around the bed. The paint on the window frame was peeling and falling off and needed attention. After raising my concerns about the room, the receptionist was not interested, and I was told to speak to the manager the following day. I would not recommend this hotel, and neither would l stay there again.

Nice, friendly and cosy hotel. Was not aware that car park was £15 per night. 15 mins walk into town. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning during the hot summer, and despite the 2 elections fans placed in the room, it was still rather hot in the room.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were helpful. Room was clean, cosy and spacious. It’s up a steep hill but is very close to town centre. Looking forward to visiting again! Parking was £15

非常舒服的一次入住，酒店離巴斯市中心不遠，走走15、20分鐘左右就到了，整個酒店很有特色，是一棟老房子改建的，餐廳和小酒吧都很有特色。房間可以看到整個巴斯城，很美。

Old hotel that has been tastefully modernised. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The hotel is located a little way from Bath centre up a steep hill, which could be an issue for some people. The car park ( £15 per night ) is congested at times. All the food was excellent and well presented.

The hotel has its English charm.  I was really looking forward to it.  Upon check in, we thought we had free parking but realized there was a charge of 15 pounds per day.  The overall feel of the interior was a bit worn and needed a refresher especially the carpet.  There was no air conditioning but a fan was available in the room but the wire caging was covered with dust.  So that did not give me a good impression of the cleanliness of my stay.

The hotel was clean , and the room had everything I wanted, iron , ironing board, hair dryer,tea and coffee , tv. It was at the top of the building and floor boards we’re creaky but that’s expected in a building as old as this. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure to the over bath shower. The bed was very comfortable and again very clean. As the Landsdown Grove is very near at the top of a very steep hill the view from my window had spectacular panoramic photo opportunities. I didn’t eat there so cannot comment. The lounge bar was comfortable and well stocked . The staff were welcoming, very pleasant, polite, helpful and well presented .

Everything was good. Location, structure, facilities, etc. They had fand or AC in the rooms. Cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was Awesome. They had parking but it was quiet expensive (15 pounds). Eateries are only 10mins drive or 25mins walk.
