非常簡陋，和訂房照片上完全不一樣，沒有空調，窗戶無法打開！4星價格2星房型1星服務，簡直可怕，無法理解如何被評上4星

我們訂的家庭房被安排在地下室，廁所的門直接開在床頭邊上，打開門馬桶就對著床頭，廁所還沒有抽風機，洗完澡之後裡面很久水汽都散不了，由於離床太近，也不能打開門散氣，衹能關門悶在裡面，感受不太好。前台員工比較冷漠，連我們説了聲謝謝也沒有迴應。

這個酒店位置離 the roman baths很近，走路只需要10-15分鐘。酒店設施略為老舊，但是因為是在老建築區域可能比較難避免，房間大小合適。

朝食付きで家族大人三人で利用しました。部屋の作りが素敵・ユニークで、息子は隠し部屋のようなワクワクするエクストラペットを使いました。ゲームも置いてありました。私たち夫婦はダブルベッドを。 朝食はエッグベネディクト、ポーチドエッグ、フライドエッグやオムレツを選べてどれも美味しかった。 フロントもとても親切で、丁寧な接客でした。 ホテルを出てすぐにあるヘンリエッタパークには必ず行ってください。運が良ければリスに會えます。森林浴ができて旅の疲れがとれます！

地理位置可以，步行可以到景點。設施真的不行，房間居然沒有凳子，過一會兒才送來一個餐廳的凳子。設施陳舊，洗臉盆的龍頭是冷熱水分開的，牆紙花裡胡哨讓人感覺不舒服。房間燈光昏暗，酒店沒有供飲用的瓶裝水。就這個價格而言性價比太差，完全不推薦。

I recently stayed at Henrietta Hotel in Bath. The room was clean and tidy, which was appreciated, but it was quite warm and lacked air conditioning. A floor fan was provided, which helped a little, but the heat was still noticeable. The shower was frustrating — once the water got hot, it was difficult to adjust it back to a cooler temperature. Breakfast was underwhelming. The ingredients felt cheap, and the portions were small — especially the juice served in tiny glasses. Overall, the stay was fine for a night or two, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all attractions without being in the midst of crowds. All staff encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cosy boutique room I stayed in met my solo needs perfectly.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The receptions were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options I enjoyed the hotel’s historical building.The location is convenient for exploring the city, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!
