What a little gem! Set in a quite area, but only a couple of hundred yards to the city centre. The staff are very polite and attentive. The breakfast is worth staying for alone, I like the fact it comes with linen napkins, and that just typifies the standards at this hotel. Its great value for what it offers.

位置雖偏離市中心但環境清幽，室內佈置雅緻潔淨。房間雖小但窗明幾淨景窗外景色優美。早餐豐富，可選款式多味道不錯。推薦！

What a fabulous hotel this is. The location, parking (rare in Bath), the attentive friendly staff and the quality of the room made our stay an exceptional one. We were visiting the Roseate Villa for our sons graduation and on arrival we had our room upgraded to a suite so we could invite our son over to get ready and have a few drinks to help celebrate this special occasion. The only disappointment is we hadn't stayed here before because if we had this would of been our go to Hotel when visiting Bath. We will definitely be returning.
