staff are so nice ... i left my action cam luckily the staff saw it. theh are very accommodating and welcoming ... will book again in the future .. amenities are really nice specially their big slide and swimming pool..

Our fave place that is “home away from home”. There staff are sooooo nice, very accommodating, polite, helpful and always smiling. I really love their customer service from their resort to The Sands restaurant. We’ll def go back here!

Enjoyed our stay in Cocoons. Our family loved the pool, Aquaria Water Park, and the food in Playa Calatagan. Great service overall. Will come back.

We arrived at the lobby and check in was smooth, parking space is big then there will be a buggy to drive you to the cocoons, it is a shared bathroom so keep that in mind. 2 liter water bottles were given it was not mention that you need to pay 50 per bottle if you finish all, we also need to remind them that we stay for 2 nights everytime to replenish the toiletries. You can call them via mobile if you need anything. Restaurants are limited and too expensive. Beach is full of rocks so be careful. Staff is accommodating. Bikes cannot be rented unless you check in at crusoe cabins. You can drive outside town in around 20mins. There is a convenience store. Car is advisable since there is no public transportation around. Good experience.

Had a great experience! Good service. Nice and friendly staff. Everything is perfect. Food taste awesome. Ambiance is nice and cozy. Beach not crowded. Will definitely go back! 🫶🏻
