Our stay with Canyon woods last Christmas was awesome! It made my family bonded again after long time
Since the pandemic.
The place is calm relaxing and serene as we all had time to just be ourselves and reminisce. It was a Christmas spent worthwhile and we will visit the place again as soon as we have long vacation. The staff are courteous, food is great and price is reasonable. Weather is the best and the views are superb! The kids enjoyed playing billiards and table tennis too.

First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up.
Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view.
CONS are;
1. No wifi
2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data
3. Occasional brownout
Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.

We only enjoyed the breakfast but the stay was so disappointing the sliding door was so noisy because of the wind how could you sleep if the door is banging loudly, they let us use connecting rooms so the other room has occupants we don't know they have a baby and was crying the whole stay until morning we asked the front desk if we can change rooms they offered other room type with separate beds and with a different view because the other rooms child was crying the whole time but we didn't agree to change rooms and the noise outside the hallway can be heard even if you're inside the room, very disappointed no wifi inside the room, the signal of globe is so poor, the tv channels is limited, and indoor pool cannot be used as well since ,"pandemic". Overall the stay is not satisfying. The reason we chose to stay in the hotel was because we wanted to relax but we did not enjoy it at all.

The place is not accessible, there’s no nearby restaurant and supermarkets. no wifi, and the bedsheets is not clean. The staffs are also not accommodating. Will never go back the this place. Worst hotel!!
