Very strategic location as it’s very near to the ferry terminal and Mega Mall. However, there is unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Owner need to do same improvement.

Nice theme! nice view you can watch the sea! love everything about this apartment. But reception was not helpful. They were not friendly and not accommodated to us. The guards are friendly and keep up with safety procedure.

The bathroom had a very strong unpleasant smell, likely due to poor drainage, with a noticeable urine odor. Additionally, the water heater was not functioning properly and did not provide hot water during the stay.。
