Hotel room is clean with big size bed .. convenient location just not far from harbour bay ferry terminal .. Friendly receptionist Selvi at the front counter..will definitely retun to this hotel for next 訂房網站 to Batam..

I booked this hotel last minute, so the rate of the hotel increased. The room itself is big enough. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is enough for me. Only the same dishes every day. The temperature in the restaurant was warm. This hotel provides free drinks at the lobby. Overall I'm satisfied to stay here but please improve the check in process next time. The check out process was fast.

I had a pleasant experience from the start till the end of my stay here. The staff is very warm and friendly the room is comfortable and has good facilities, The only downside is my room don't have any windows and it makes the room feel abit stuffy, I would recommend this hotel to others 👍

The hotel is just finished renovating and is reopening. All of the facilities are still very new and very comfortable! It is also near the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (opposite, walking distance) and 10 minutes drive to Nagoya Mall. Highly Recommended! It

The service of the staff was outstanding, I would like to appreciate Miss Selvi for making my stay a happy one. She managed to resolve my issues. I would also like to give special thanks to the security personnel stationed during my stay. This includes the housekeepers and banquet staff as well. My stay was a very satisfying stay. Will stay there again in future.👍🏽

I would said this is more like a Business hotel. Overall is a good experience, there's option on paying the hotel deposit or let the hotel to keep the passports. Breakfast options is good. Have not try the swimming pool and gym facilities. TV is very large, but why the information were in chinese wording.

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Good renovated hotel but is far from mall but near the harbour bay area. Big rooms and I must complement the breakfast food was top notch and on point. Kudos to the chefs. Have flavour to the taste.
