I had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights – it offered a wide variety of selections to suit different tastes and made for a great start to the day. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is also excellent, being just next to the jetty, which made traveling and exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Look at the photo attached from the view out from the hotel! Nice place!

A truly unforgettable journey! I checked into the hotel on the afternoon of my birthday, and the next morning the receptionist presented me with a late birthday cake, which was very heartwarming and touching. I hope to spend another birthday here next year 😘😘

I had a good stay at Harris Hotel Batam Center. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent — right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall, which made getting around and shopping very convenient. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There was no staff available to help guests find seats, and most of the food served was cold and hard, except for the noodles station, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, the accommodation and location were great, but the breakfast needs significant improvement.

리뷰가 좋고 가격도 적당해서 선택한 호텔이였는데 너무 오래되어 저희가 묵은 숙소는 하수구 냄새가 올라와서 방을 바꿔 달라 요구해 다른방으로 갔어요. 조식은 그런게로 괜찮았는데 이 호텔 자체가 너무 오래되서 다른 사람에겐 권하고 싶지 않아요. 화장실 사진을 첨부해요.

We booked two rooms for two nights. The location is the best plus point for this hotel. Service was pretty good too. Price for hotel not cheap especially when we paid more to get a sea view, expecting to have a good view of the sea, something like in photo 1 but in reality, we got a limited view as seen in photo 2. Not worth paying extra for two nights for this kind of view. There were also no place like roof top garden to enjoy the sea breeze and relax. We paid about S$11 each to try the breakfast but everyone felt it really was a waste of money as nothing tasted good. In fact the tauhu in the laksa tasted off and the crackers were worse than the ones we bought from the supermarket. We couldn't believe that the standard of the food in this hotel was so low. We would consider staying here again if we only want the convenience of the location and nothing else.

There are smoking rooms available for smokers on the top floor of hotel . Rooms are clean. The hotel is next to the Batam city center pier, so it’s very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and there are many type of food to choose. The swimming pool is clean. It’s nice experience to stay here.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Stay The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Batam Cruise Center, which made arrival and departure very smooth. Check-in starts at 2 PM, and we were able to request a late checkout at 1 PM. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was quite enjoyable. One thoughtful touch was the availability of Singapore-style 3-pin power sockets in the room—no need for a travel adaptor. The only downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof; we could hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms at times. Still, overall a pleasant and convenient stay.

This hotel offers exceptional service, excellent facilities, and impeccable cleanliness—everything you would expect from a great hotel.
