1st attempt and 2nd attempt was not a good one. Reception was nice, but other staff members were not considerate when one was attending to staff, which created the first impression dropped. The fridge was never cold at all. Slippers, mats, and towels were always not complete. The shower dispensers were disgusting, lucky we always brought our own toiletries. Dusty room. Im sorry, I tried for the 2nd time, but it's not up to standard.

Room is spacious. Staffs are polite and approachable. Breakfast with great varieties. It may seem near to Nagoya Mall and convenience store on map but not accessible by foot

"Great experience at the hotel in Batam! Front desk staff Mr. Yudi was super helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with a special request - arranging a tool my husband needed for showering due to his handicap. The room was clean and had a great view. I recently stayed at ibis Styles, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times, which made it a little tricky for work, but everything else was smooth. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar — it offers a great atmosphere with reasonable prices. It would be even better if it opened during the daytime, as it would be the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The property has a fun, modern feel, with relaxing lounge areas and a nice pool. The staff are friendly and approachable. It is 5 km from the city but grab is available. There's not much amenities. Just a decent stay that feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Hotel towels smells like body odor even though it was newly replaced.

Extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite many vacant rooms, the hotel was unable to allocate rooms close together for our group — a basic and reasonable request. There was no consideration for quiet enjoyment, and the staff lacked even the most basic knowledge, such as which direction rooms face. Multiple requests were ignored or unmet. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of training and guest care.
