Everything was OK...Room very Spacious and clean Bed very comfortable and big Location very good ..Just few mins walk to Grand Batam mall and opposite Road a lots of eaters Only the bathroom..I understand it might because old hotel ..the shower head was very high up and we really can't reach the adjust it ... Breakfast should have more varieties on foods The staffs are very nice and helpful too Thank You Will stay again if go batam

Everything was awesome! The bedroom's a bit old-school, but it's clean, and the toilet's the most important thing, right? I just wish the lights weren't so dim, especially in the toilet. Maybe they could switch to white lights? And, one of the TVs has YouTube, which the kids loved! The Breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but it was good, and the staff were super friendly and nice, especially Adalina. Plus, the location's great just a few minutes' walk to Grand Batam Mall.

not a new hotel but refurbished hotel but still in good condition. we stayed for 3D2N. the room is not too big but because I booked a connecting room so it feels spacious for the 4 of us. the room is clean, they changed the bed sheets with clean ones when we first checked in the hotel. the towels also smell good. the breakfast is also delicious. there are fried rice, sausages, chicken porridge on 1st day , chicken soto on 2nd day, fruits, salad, several choices of pastry, eggs cooked with several choices. grilled chicken for the 1st day/ sweet and sour fish for 2nd day. vegetables, fried noodles, dessert is banana kolak for the 1st day/ sweet potato kolak for 2nd day. And several choices of drinks. the staff named Adalina is very friendly. offered us coffee drinks and delivered them to our table. we love her hospitality and for sure we will come back again. before I left the hotel. I registered to become a member hotel with them during check out time because I think next time I will stay at Swiss bel hotel in another city or country. but until today I have not received an email reply from the hotel.

Very good location only 5 minutes to Grand Batam Mall and cross the road it’s BCS mall. A2 foodcourt also nearby and many massage shop. Small eateries avaiable too for your makan fix

Well recommended hotel... Only 5 minutes walking to Grand Batam Mall... Spacious and clean room... All staff was very polite... Breakfast was very good... Will repeat again this hotel when come to batam

This is my 2nd time in this hotel. The last time I stayed was almost more than 1 year ago. The place had definitely went thru renovation as the rooms that we had stayed in level 2 were new, clean and fresh. We were given choice to upgrade with additional 1,000.00++ rupees 2out of the 4 rooms that we had booked to family and executive room to accommodate the extra bed as there are 11 of us in total. The location definitely is a killer as it was abt 3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall. I guess the only set back is that the hotel doesn't comes with a pool for the kids and the GYM is still under maintenance.. The spa nothing great but it's not a concern for us as there are many spa/massage parlour along the hotel area. The breakfast needs improvement however the staff is friendly and also ready to serve the guests at all cost. Thank u for the great hospitality. Will definitely come again ❤️ 😊 💐
