來往巴淡幾年了，這是第一次住這個酒店，總的來説還不錯，性價比比較好。之前一直住雷迪森酒店。艾酒店的環境衞生和周邊環境都還不錯。距離大購物中心很近，附近餐館也還方便，購物中心的對面就有大的食街，基本都是當地華人開的。

The room service, the staff , location is walking distance to Nagoya mall is a plus point. The last time we stay was before convid and the manage to maintain.

Location is convenient. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall is just right at the back of the hotel. Counter staff is polite and pleasant to interact with. Toilet cleanliness can be improved a bit. Room service for food is available round the clock. Premium cable TV channels available. Sometimes there are noises coming from the lower level ballroom due to wedding events. Overall, it is a great stay.

All staff was nice. Breakfast spread was perfect. We got dinner at they are restaurant, and all staff very friendly. Swimming pool clean, and gym just beside the swimming pool.

Location is excellent, 5 mins walk to Nagoya Hill Mall. Only big towels were given. No small towels. Breakfast variety was great.

Always love this hotel. My tenth I think. Small pool w hot jacuzzi. Felt Very exclusive when swimming. Breakfast spread also good and varieties of them. Massage spa also v good so convenient! We enjoyed our stay here over and over.

The best breakfast spread in batam itself.They cater to singaporean tastebud as we are technically their neighbouring country.The room is spacious and lovely.Their pillow is superb and their tv channel is massive.My go to hotel in batam moving forward.
