簡直沒什麼值得稱讚的，就是大堂很豪華，房間很潮濕，窗戶是走廊，總之就是潮和發黴的味道。

還可以更好！

WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER! Beware of ARUMA Spa & Reflexology (Dimension Spa) INHOUSE SPA of HARMONI ONE HOTEL Worst massage spa. Too late that we didn't read the review before going there. We are couple and we booked for 2 hrs massage each for full body massage and leg massage. The massage is not good, really no effort or pressure given. I told the masseuse to make harder but she cannot undertand basic english. They supposed to train and learn basic english regarding about massage. Also she kept on talking to the other massuese the whole hour they are doing the massage so no effort. Only effort of their mouth. While they do the massage I am thinking if there is still an open massage spa that night because we are not really satisfied with their service. We missed the massage services Johor Bahru Malaysia is giving us especially at KSL mall. The massuese are good there. We started 8pm and finished 9:40pm that is supposed to finish by 10pm. But they finished the massage early. They just kept on blabbering and not exerting effort. Really dismayed . After we put our clothes and go out of the room. The massuese who is very talkative was there waiting outside asking for a Tip!??? That made us more furious because I am not planning to give them tips because of what happened. May body just got more oils on it but not relaxed. Thinking to go to a good massage tomorrow morning because all the spa now are closed already. Will never go back again at this massage spa in Batam. Its the in house massage spa at Harmoni One Convention and Hotel. Never again!!! ARUMA SPA!!!! WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE!!! its our 2nd time at Harmoni One. I can say that the place is quite old ardy and not maintained properly. Last time we are at Level 2 and the lobby smells like smoke even thou we booked for non-smoking room. Its better to be at level 5 cause maybe its all non smoking room there. The pool is not maintained and I think no one ever tried to use it cause its not clean. The buffet breakfast is good but few choices this year 2024 unlike 7 years ago there's quite a lot to choose from. It's a big hotel and the ambience is quite okay but cleanliness is very poor. the carpet are all too dirty to look at.

Kamar bersih tapi agak bau, bau lembab gitu. AC nya dingin banget tapi untuk air panasnya kurang dan wastafelnya agak mampet. Untuk sarapannya lumayan variatif dan enak kecuali untuk bubur ayamnya asiiiiinn bangeeet. Sayangnya kolam renangnya under maintenance padahal itulah yang di tunggu apalagi sama keluarga.

Piscine au top, avec grand jacuzzi. L’établissement est somptueux. Le staff est sympa. Petit-déjeuner buffet très bon

Big hotel. But not that accessible . Little old but spacious

It’s a nice hotel but the location of the hotel is kinda far with little amenities around except the One Batam Mall. The hotel is kinda old but still acceptable. The hotel breakfast has a good spread of food. Room service is 24 hrs.. the facilities like swimming pool is nice too

Overall is good in terms of location, service, and cleanliness. But the facilities may need to improve for example the swimming pool, it's in good design and also an attractive point for my hotel booking there, but lack of looking after there should be a lifeguard because the general pool water is quite deep in average, about 2M. The same also for the gym room, the air-con is not working and left only one running machine can be used etc. Please keep improving, this hotel should be more better than others in terms of pricing and location.

There is food and tableware left outside my room when I check in. There was no towels and electric kettle in the room. The shower handle is spoiled. The was no iron and ironing board in the room. Breakfast buffet option is limited. There were even cockroaches in my friend’s room. We went for the spa in the hotel and the services so disappointed with the price we paid. The masseurs even chit chat in their language about us and other customers which apparently we can understand.
