If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that comes with free breakfast, strategically located at the Nagoya Hill Superblock area, with clean rooms and very comfortable beds, look no further than Amaris Hotel. This is a hotel that satisfied all my humble needs and is my choiced hotel whenever I visit batam.

Booked for my mum and her friends during Chinese New Year holidays. They prefer Amaris Nagoya because of the convenience and location for elderly. Not for me, if the hotel considers renovating the rooms

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Amaris Hotel. When we arrived, our rooms weren’t ready even by 4:30 pm, and once inside, we found dirty cups, no coffee, tea, or sugar, and an empty soap dispenser in the shower. The bedsheets were stained, and the towels looked old with stubborn stains. The water pressure was so weak that taking a proper shower was nearly impossible. The bed and pillows were hard, and the soundproofing was terrible, especially for rooms facing the lift—you’ll hear everything, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was also a letdown, with very limited options and nothing like what the reviews suggested. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Amaris Hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay or a good night’s rest. If you just need a basic place for the night and have zero expectations, the location in Nagoya Hill is convenient, but otherwise, look elsewhere.

The hotel is in the center of Batam city and opposite Nagoya shopping mall. The security is very good as it's a gated and guarded area Hotel is quite old but good maintenance. Nothing much to expect as it's a budget hotel There's a lot of nearby eateries but massage are not recommended in this area due to the price

This is my 3rd time staying with Amaris Hotel at Nagoya. It's a very strategic location , crossing the road to the Nagoya hill shopping complex. It's easier to get food and plenty of massage for selection.Highly recommended

For a budget hotel infront of Nagoya Hill mall, it is definitely worth it if you're there and spending most of your time out of the hotel to explore Batam. But if you prefer to spend your time more in hotel, this wouldn't be the best choice. Overall experience was smooth. The room I got doesn't have the best view of the city but a hill behind the hotel. For its price point, its good for a short stay. The aircon takes awhile to get cold. But honestly no complaints considering I am not always in the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety. But just enough to fill up my stomach in the morning.

Staff are friendly and accommodating to guests' needs. Cleanliness acceptable for the price point but towels badly need changing. Not dirty by any means but the edges are frayed and tattered. Food for the breakfast keeps you full but not commendable.

Very disappointed with the marketing department staff and the female counter staff, show no interest to help, Have already reminded counter staff 2 times before check into the hotel of the booking of the meeting room. The counter staff said they are not in charge, the marketing team will handle. However they did not pass the messages to the marketing dept, Very bad attitude, there was no proper follow up. Show no concern with a can't be bother attitude. Confirmed Marketing dept of book a meeting room but hotel staff used the room for breakfast. Total irresponsible, our group ended up without a meeting room and caused a lot of unhappiness within our team and the hotel staff. Also no proper apology from hotel too. Hope staff give more care and responsible to guest.
