超出預期的旅程，一島一酒店，環境優美，空氣清新，很適合度假。從上島那一刻已得到酒店員工熱情、體貼入微的服務。每個員工都面帶微笑，對客人非常禮貌，服務無可挑剔。酒店設施豐富，健身室，泳池，等可滿足遊客的需要，餐廳菜式能滿足不同客人的口味，在餐廳的每一頓飯都是一種享受，令人樂而忘返。房間佈置也很溫馨，乾淨整潔、衞生。總體評價給101分👍

Best Place to Relax and Enjoy Nature View, Very Friendly Hotel Staffs, Awesome Services, Recommended Hotel Resort for Honeymoon and Family Trip, Very Good Breakfast, they serve international buffet for breakfast, Very Good Lunch, for Lunch they serve local food, western food, we choose local food, recommended for best oxtail soup (sop buntut), nasi goreng kampoeng, Sate Lilit Ikan with Sambal Matah (chili with onion which from Bali style), sambal cole cole is good to try for spicy taste lover, Recommended Angus Beef Cheese Burger for Dinner

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Nirup. 100% recommended resort! Yes, you'll have a rough ferry ride with lacking AC from Batam and there is not much to explore on the small island except a small beach and a few pretty stairs leading down from the hotel through a bit of jungle. However, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, the room is well designed, spacious and offers a wonderful view to surrounding islands, towards Singapore skyline as well as towards Batam. You can enjoy the sunrise from the beautiful breakfast area and the sunset from the pool and bar area. The in-house kitchen is fantastic, Pizza, Nasi Goreng, Salmon Rilettes were some of our highlights. The gym is among the best I've seen in any hotel (and I've been to a few). Right now there is still construction going on, so be prepared to hear some noise during the day. However because a direct line from Singapore is not currently available, you have a chance to enjoy a very private stay at this luxury resort. A big shout-out to the friendly staff and great chef(s).

房間沒有吹風機，需要打電話要求才給；有蚊蟲叮咬。 從家9點出發打車去港灣碼頭，坐11:15分船1小時到巴淡島港灣碼頭，到2樓買去酒店來回船票，一天衹有2次，坐下午1點船航行40分鐘到達酒店。 第二天，坐酒店12點船來到巴淡島，坐2:15分船回新加坡。來回時間太長，太折騰了 酒店衹開36間房間，大部分房間、別墅至少再需一、二年才完成。遊客太少，有私人島嶼感覺，沙灘不好、水也渾濁。早餐自助，相當好！
