酒店整潔 價格也合理 去商場打車也都很方便 早餐食物一般 但是訂房包括免費早餐 還算值得 主要是小朋友也很喜歡這間酒店 下次來 還是會選擇Aston

很好，工作人員都很有禮貌 一開始走進去到裡面的工作人員都很好的笑容 然後電話要求廚房用具，都很耐心服務我們 早餐很豐富 值得推薦

地理位置優越，交通便利。房間寬敞，床鋪舒適。服務周到。這是一家不錯的酒店。早餐美味，唯一的不足是晚上樓下有些吵鬧。

第一次入住的時候是選擇普通房型入住體驗很好才選擇回來這裡結果很失望.這次是選擇了**edroom房型一進去客廳就看到很陳舊還有異味這些都算了 半夜沖涼的時候外面浴室的水還會留出來到房間裡面 因為種種原因就去櫃枱要求換房間 櫃枱也答應了. 換了新房間還可以 比起一開始的看起來比較乾淨一點 可是主浴室的浴缸也是用不到😅還有蟑螂. 酒店早餐還算不錯 跟上次對比起來有添加了新菜色和麵包種類也有變多

This was my first time staying at Aston Hotel Batam for 2 days and 1 night. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was quite disappointed with the soundproofing of the room. It was very poor, and I could clearly hear noises and conversations from the corridor outside. I hope the management can look into improving this, as it affected the quality of rest during my stay.

From when we arrived the staff straight away attended to us by carrying our bags in and opening the car door for us. We couldn't check in before 2pm but we were allowed a pre check in while they set aside our bags. And when we came back to the hotel after our room was ready, they kindly sent our bags up for us. The hotel room was really spacious and clean and they set 3 single beds like I requested. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was strong. However the trash cans were bare without any plastic linings, which I wished they had because throwing stuff inside without the trash bag felt a little icky. I wasn't really impressed with the shower and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. It was really quite inconvenient to use, and I'm pretty sure both dispensers were the same shower gel because the shampoo dispenser didn't really feel like shampoo or conditioner. It'd be better if they just used a travel sized bottle. Other than that the toilet was clean. I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub though. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods of which I thoroughly enjoyed, from breads, desserts, local food. Overall highly recommend, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the room was spacious (but bring your own soap/shampoo). It's worth the price and enjoyed my stay. I would book this hotel a second time if come to Batam again.

Good location, close to the most of the attraction places. Hotel room is clean, impressed by the super clean and big bathtub. All the hotel staffs are friendly. Only one bad point is the aircon was not cool enough, even though the temperature was set at 16 degree. Breakfast has variety choices especially the pastry and bread. Definitely will come back to stay next time.

One of the better hotels in batam. I was amazed by the gym facilities. It was really good and the equipment were maintained properly. Didnt get to try the grill restaurant. Would love to try it the next time. Will definitely book aston again. Value for money. The only downside is the service is a tad slow. Asked for clean towels took me 3 calls to the housekeeping before it was fulfiled.

The service staff in general are very helpful and friendly. They are also quite quick in resolving situations. Standard of English is good as well. The facilities are aplenty. We did the swimming twice, tried the gym and missed out in the sauna and whirlpool. The buffet breakfast was very good as there are more live stations available compared to previous hotels that I have been to. The buffet restaurant was clean modern and grand feel to it. Staff was quick to clear plates. As we stayed in the apartment block, amenities in the apartment was a blend of old and refurbished new furniture. But cleanliness was done and was happy to get a high floor. To my surprise it was not very accessible by foot to nearby shops except for the convenience store opposite so we had to Gojek all the time though it was not expensive. It was very near Nagoya hill which gives a very local feel to it and so the prices are quite attractive compared to the grand Batam mall when all the international brands.

後來又住了對面的亞洲酒店，感覺沒對面這個好。我住的套房，套房的毯子這些很老了，都起球了。都不捨得換新的。下面沒吃的，要打個車在附近才好吃東西。這裡就是怎麼都得打車，走路很具體，一點都不方便。
