Overall , check in was easy as there was little guest. When exit lift otw to room the whole atmosphere was very dark and carpet dirty. Basically overall not maintained. In the room is really old and dirty there is something stains on the bed sheets and the room is very rundown. Forgotten o take photo of toilet condition is worse.

Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around. Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level. Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet

Location was super convenient, literally across is the ferry terminal and mall. Food stalls were nearby and right beside is a convenience store. Easy to call for grab to bring us around. Room was pretty big and check in was smooth. Room could be alittle cleaner and the toilet could be cleaned better as the shower area chokes up when we shower. Overall was okay.

1. Bad WiFi signal, very weak 2. TV reception is worse, grainy pictures some not even watchable 3. Not enough staff at dining area during breakfast, some table cutleries not cleared 4. Toilet soap bottle not replenished, empty

We have went to Batam last weekend and stayed at M One Hotel. The hotel is nice and the location is good especially when for arrival and departure. The hotel is good and have our rooms ready despite we reached 3 hours earlier. Staying at lower floor is not that good as you can hear many noises from outside. Breakfast need to improve.. we went to the M One KTV too but I forgot to take the photos. Overall, the stay is still quite pleasant and comfortable. 👍🏻

1) Reception could guide some information such as where to take dinner, breakfast. All keep quiet. 2) Paid $139 for a night. Breakfast is terrible. Only fish ball and hard boil eggs. Just 7:30 am No top up fried noodle and rice . Staff hide some food I think chicken wings. 😊 3) Room wall are dusty and no information provided to contact reception or others. 4) Towels were too old. Should replace.

very near to Harbour Bay. ut Hotel itself doesnt have any amenities like pools or gyms. Breakfast was also basic, rather you book without breakfast and you could enjoy many breakfast at HarbourBay. This Hotel does come with Disco/KTV which is nirvsna for singles but if couple and family do avoid this hotel as its Disco/KTV music blast will only stop at 4am.
