Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a cool place, but it has its ups and downs. When we arrived, checking in wasn't smooth. Our key card didn't work, and we had to wait 30-40 minutes to get into our room. Plus, there wasn't even a place to wait comfortably. The food at the Filipino restaurant was okay, but it was pricey for what you got. Breakfast was better though, with lots of yummy Filipino dishes at a fair price. Housekeeping staffs and jeepney drivers were awesome. They were really nice and helpful. Our room was big and had a huge bathroom, which was nice. There's a ton of stuff to do around the resort, so staying just one night isn't enough. You really need at least two days to enjoy everything. The best part was seeing all the old houses. They were like stepping back in time and were super interesting. Overall, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a neat place to visit, even though it has some things that could be better.

During my stay in the Philippines for over a year, I had the opportunity to work, live and travel around the country. However, in the past two years, I have noticed a significant increase in the cost of hotels, without any corresponding improvement in the quality of services provided. Due to this reason, I have decided to document my experiences and hold hotels accountable for their shortcomings rather than overlooking them. I visited Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar with my Chinese companion in September 2023. The hotel is famous for being a heritage hotel. However, the road leading to the hotel is a muddy and dark one, which left a bad impression on us. Moreover, the hotel's room prices are quite high, starting from at least 200 dollars per night, which made me wonder where the money is spent. The hotel boasts six restaurants and bars for dining and drinking, but upon our arrival, we were informed that only "La Bella Theodora" was open. After we expressed our disappointment, they lied and promised us that another restaurant would open the next day. This was a significant letdown, especially for my Chinese companion, who was not fond of Italian cuisine. Our first night at the Italian restaurant could have been more pleasant. We had to return the pizza we ordered as it was very salty. We even gave the chef and manager some to taste, and they agreed that it was not edible. The same situation occurred with green beans the next day. The place is beautiful but needs to be better maintained. We finally checked out before our scheduled departure date, and the management refused to refund us. It is a practice that someone can meet many times in Philippine hotels. The only good thing that came out of this story was the exceptional support and continuous efforts of 訂房網站.com to negotiate with the hotel and refund us, which did not happen. However, 訂房網站.com rewards me with 訂房網站 coins. I advise visiting the place only for a few hours and staying overnight at your own risk. Thank you

Superb!! A very good place to relax and unwind Staff are nice and helpful. Definitely a place to come back again.

The room is not that clean but maybe because of the theme? There’s a bat inside the bathroom 😂. It’s magical at night though.

This resort is a must when you are in northern Luzon. It is really an amazing place to spend the long weekend. Excellent ambience with a nice restaurant and beach. The place is very cultural and historical.

I love this place u feel the old vibes when u go inside of the houses,i love the stories also of every each house,food is limited selection nd quiet expensive but the best margharita pizza i eat is on italian resto there its awesome.staff is very freindly nd helpfull also nicee place to visit.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a picture perfect place until you have to live in it. Our family (6 adults + 2 children) stayed here overnight. The only means to reach your hotel room is through a jeepney / coaster ride. We were checked in before 3pm, but was only able to enter our room at 4pm. The closest food vendor was already closed even though its advertised operating hours is up to 6pm. We had to wait for 2 more hours before another restaurant opened. The beach is about a minute walk from your hotel room which was fantastic. However, all restaurants, vendors are a 10 minute walk from the hotel room. Imagine a 10 minute walk under a scorching summer sun. You could take a jeep to the town square, that is if you're lucky enough to catch one. The facility is broken down into multiple areas. This is both a feature & a limitation. If you like long walks and beautiful views, this is perfect. If you're travelling with a disabled person or with small children, this is a challenge. There was an easter egg hunt the following morning, and plenty of walking and jeepney tours to be had. The place is even more beautiful at night, with all the lights and festivities. Come the end of our stay, we checked out around 12nn. However we were picked up by a jeep roughly around 1pm. The checkout process was relatively easy, but again , it was our 訂房網站 back to the front of the resort / parking area that took a while. Overall it was a pleasant vacation. The resort crew were very nice and helpful. I would recommend others visit the place and enjoy a day 訂房網站 instead.
