🚫 Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! 👎 Extremely rude customer service! They promised to send us the day pass for transportation and sightseeing, but in the end, they never did. 😤 This caused us to pay an additional 30 CHF for transportation. Luckily, we didn’t foolishly wait for the pass to arrive; otherwise, it would have been an even bigger waste of money and time. 💸 🚪 To make matters worse, the bathroom light was broken, forcing us to keep the door open and use a flashlight 🔦 just to freshen up. Absolutely unacceptable. ⚠️ If you enjoy unpleasant surprises and unnecessary expenses, feel free to give this place a try. Thankfully, 訂房網站’s customer service came to the rescue 🙏, or it would have been an even bigger disaster.
