This hotel location are SUPERB. Train station, Tram Station and Euro Airport bus all stop infront of train station which is only 50 meter away. Tram stop infront of the hotel. The service quality an excellent. All the staffs are very friendly, professional and hospitable. Love everything about this hotel.

Hotel Schweizerhof location is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the Main Train Station, and the city tram station is just in front of the hotel. They also provide us a free city tram bus ticket for our stay which is a bonus. We just slide our luggage onto the tram and then get off at the pier, only 15 minutes ride, to embark on our river cruise, so convenient.
The staff is also nice and recommended restaurants to us. 👍👍

Als ich nach dem Check-in mein Zimmer beziehen wollte, bemerkte ich den Geruch von kaltem Rauch im Zimmer, was bei Asthma ein absolutes NoGo ist. An der Reception diesen Mangel angesprochen, wurde mir sofort ein geruchfreies Zimmer der selben Kategorie zugewiesen und die Situation dadurch gerettet. Sehr freundlicher Service.
Mein Zimmer war gegen den Bahnhofplatz ausgerichtet und das Rumpeln der Straßenbahnen beim Überfahren der Weichen ab 04:30 Uhr war echt nervig und hatte sehr störenden Einfluss auf meinen Schlaf. Das nächste Mal (wenn es denn ein nächstes Mal geben wird…?) würde ich ein dem verkehrsreichen Platz abgewandtes Zimmer verlangen.
Für Reisende mit tiefem Schlaf und guter Lärmtoleranz gegen diffuses Rumpeln von Straßenbahnen kann ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen: Zentral gelegen, freundlicher Service und schöne Sightseeing-Angebote.

Hotel is cheap, location is good, breakfast also nice. Only non perfect thing is that the reception lady is unpleasant, the guy is better in service.
