Pros: ✔ Clean, high-quality bed linen and towels. Cons: ❌ The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, it seems previous guests smoked everywhere, despite strict no-smoking policy. This was very unpleasant.

Extremely disappointing customer service and zero flexibility I had to cancel my 訂房網站 because of an unexpected and mandatory academic commitment arranged at very short notice by my university supervisor. As soon as I knew I could no longer travel, I contacted the property, explained the situation and politely asked whether they could offer any flexibility regarding the cancellation. What disappointed me most was not simply the refusal to refund, but the way the situation was handled. The property rejected my request with only a few words, without any meaningful explanation, discussion, or attempt to offer an alternative solution. There was no suggestion of a partial refund, credit for a future stay, date change, or any other form of assistance. I fully understand that hotels have cancellation policies and that a non-refundable booking does not automatically entitle a guest to a refund. However, hospitality is also about communication and how guests are treated when unexpected situations arise. In this case, the response gave me the impression that once payment had been received, there was very little interest in actually helping the customer. After this experience, I also looked more carefully at other guest reviews and noticed complaints regarding cigarette smells despite the property’s non-smoking policy, as well as concerns about cleanliness. Although I did not stay at the property myself and therefore cannot personally verify those issues, they certainly did not improve my confidence in how the accommodation is managed. The location may be convenient and the price may seem relatively affordable for Switzerland, but based on my experience with their customer service, I would strongly advise future guests to read the cancellation terms very carefully before booking. Do not expect much flexibility or assistance if your plans unexpectedly change. Unfortunately, the way my request was handled has ensured that I would not consider booking this property again.

Not the best for the price, but considering it’s Switzerland it is cheap. Really bad cigarette smell and not clean. Not a very pretty place either. Works if you’re going for a few nights and it is well located.
