The reception staff were very welcoming, the bed was quite comfortable, and the location was good—supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The less satisfying aspects were that the room windows couldn't be opened, and the hotel's cleaning service was practically non-existent. I mentioned to the front desk several mornings that I wanted the room cleaned and even hung the "please clean" sign on the doorknob, yet the room wasn't cleaned each day. It's unbelievable that a chain hotel has such poor cleaning standards.
