We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)

Situated near High Barnet Station and easily take a bus no. 184 just 3 bus stop can be accessed.

An english style hotel. The breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly. One point to note is that there is no lift and need to carry luggage to the upper floors
