服務及配套完全不能接受。首先地址在service站 內，但並沒有清楚寫明，而房間極之汙糟，四週都有頭髮及發黴，浴室廁所。似沒有清潔過，最離譜是，我們預約的是家庭房，他竟然給我兩張床褥瞓在地下，跟接待處反映，他竟然說這是基本配套，沒有辦法；在地氈上這樣睡覺，很容易令皮膚產生敏感，而天氣又寒冷，在地上瞓覺，很容易生病，然而我們付的家庭房費用，最終換來這樣廉價的安排，絕對不能接受，而當我們發現浴室的燈在不停閃的時候，要求對方維修，接待處竟然說夜晚是沒有維修人員，要我們等到另一天的上午才可以安排，他除了靠近我們想去的地方之外，完全沒有什麼可取之處。

這是住過最差的酒店，首先送外賣的進不來，衹能在一個閘口等，酒店太老，房間空氣汙濁，空調是壞的，房間特別冷，把我都凍感冒了。房間裡面燈的年齡比我的年齡還大，非常昏暗，搞的房間又陰又冷，跟前台投訴，給了一台取暖器，一點效果也沒有。花灑也是壞的，到處亂噴水，實在是太差勁了。

The bathroom needs bew furniture and it flooded every time I tske a shower. The portable heater given was skso faulty. Over sll i was very disappointed I will nevet book it agsin nether recommend it to anyone. Preimier inn much better. Emergency buzzer went off but no one cared to come and chebk if it was life and death no one dhown any interest at ali. However there was on staff mrmber from Eritrean Maccus very helpful

Apart from there being no spoon to make tea and Tv never worked well the stay was good I have stayed there before but in a better room whiche had everything needed. But I do like location and would stay again

The place is old.  BUT, it doesn’t have to be filthy.  It was so bad we all slept on one bed, me, my wife and our 2 daughters. The  water pressure is so bad, it’s not worth explaining. The room was incredibly hot even with the fan provided. And the breakfast buffet?? What a joke.  We ate toast with Nutella the eggs, bacon and hash browns really were too bad to eat. I somehow picked this Ramada by mistake trying to get the one close to stansted airport. But I have been in older motels that  were much better than this place.

No muy bueno el hotel, pedimos twin room y nos dieron solo una cama. Ubicación a las afueras de Londres. Solamente con el trasaldo se justifica pagar un poco mas por un hotel mejor mas hacia el centro de la ciudad.

Where do I start, needed an ironing board and iron so I asked at the desk and they gave me both which was good except what happened to we will bring it to your room. What made it more frustrating was that a Ramada not that far away has an ironing board and iron in every room and a USB port which brings me to the next issue. In this day and age there needs to be at least a single USB port in the room, in the same Ramada near by there is one in all of the rooms that I have stayed in. I know why didn't I stay in that Ramada, well it was full so had to pick an alternative and turns out it's not the same as they are franchised. Lastly, clean the lifts they were filthy it is very noticeable.

Hotal was ok,service of food and very good quality lovely and hot plenty to order from very good choices in morning for breakfast.The only downfall we had was from the people of reception,I ask on sunday when we arrive for two more pillow as only had four pillows for 4 people but no one bought us any after a man on desk said he look and bring to room in the end i rolled up a single quilt an use as a pillow
