Muy mala organización de los trabajadores, avisamos con tiempo de que llegaríamos tarde y nos garantizaron información para la llegada, cuando llegamos de madrugada no había nadie y nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel porque no nos atendían al móvil ni respondían el correo. A continuación adjunto foto de la llegada para corroborar de que no había nadie a la llegada.

Llegué muy tarde en principio no ponen el murmuro de tlf al q llamar fue un caos llame y nadie me lo cogia luego callo la llamada otro arc que no era Barcelona la chica muy amable me dio un whassap allí hablé con otra esa me dijo q no era la reserva en el de ella me dio otro número al que llame y escribí y por fin atendieron. La chica muy rápida me dio solución me dejó las llaves en la puerta si considero deberían dejar alguien allí encargado de noche porq claro uno llega perdido yo no sabía que cama ni q habitación no hablo inglés y la q me ayudó tampoco español las habitaciones de 8 mujeres sin aire un calor horrible por favor pongan ventiladores dentro mucha gente y sin aire cuesta dormir. Camas sencillas limpias ame la almohada no gruesa ni plana perfecta para mi cervical salí temprano y la máquina de refresco me robó el dinero no me dio el refresco nadie encargado para decirle o q me ayudara entonces bueno 1.50€ regalado y con sed así me fui esta céntrico un poco miedo el callejón oscuro pero creo no era tan peligroso la cocina no la vi ni agua para tomar nevera algo en fin estuvo bien gracias.

Emplacement très bien, personnel très aimable, grande cuisine, propreté ok, lits ok, Mais, dans les chambres et surtout les salles de bain il y a un manque cruel d'ameublement et commodités : dans la sdb même pas un crochet pour accrocher a serviette, une petite tablette pour poser habits ou trousse de toilette... étrange. Également toilette +sdb au même endroit et pas d'évacuation au sol ou de tapis de bain donc le sol est trempé très souvent. Dans ma chambre la fenêtre ne se ferme pas et porte mal isolée, un peu de bruit parasite du coup. Et aussi un manque de porte-manteau ou autre.

El hostal se encontraba justo en frente de una calle donde había lugar las fiestas de Gracia. No obstante la gente que pasaba y el ruido de la disco móvil, la habitación estaba perfectamente aislada y no se escuchaba nada al interior. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Al día siguiente, hice el checkout a las 10 y pude quedarme a teletrabajar en las zonas comunes hasta por la tarde, sin problemas. Había muy poca gente así que pude incluso tener reuniones sin molestar a nadie. Lo único que mejoraría es la iluminación: había un temporizador y la luz encima de la mesa se apagaba hasta detectar movimiento. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de paradas de bus estratégicas y el metro quedará a unos 5-10 min andando. Además, en dos calles, hay una pizzería italiana para llevar buenísima y barata, ideal para comer o cenar (Pizza Circus) y también una panadería, para desayunar.

Worst management ever Although when making the booking, it showed that check-in is possible from 3PM to 6AM, I arrived at 10:30PM and couldn't check-in. I rang the bell, no one answered. They sent me a message that I could call them until midnight and I desperately called them for one hour on that night, no one picked up the call. I also tried reaching out to them via Whatsapp, only the chatbot answered my message. I tried making online check-in (as the bot suggested) but it failed because you need to inform them one day in advance. I did the booking 8:39PM on that day and apparently had no chance to inform them in advance. Although they were aware of my situation, they declined my refund request. I just hope my money, which you got by providing nothing but a night of struggle, significantly boost your business's success. Cheers!

旅行ではなく、家賃が高いから長期宿泊をしているような方が多くいました。ベッド同士かとても近いのでイビキの音がしょうがなくよく聞こえます。しかし、毎日綺麗に清掃をしているのでs良い印象を受けました。しかしホステル全體的に掃除用のchemicalの匂いが充満していて、あまり良い匂いではないです。個人的には少し苦手な匂いでした。しかし1000円ほどのホステルなので十分我慢できます。またリセプションの方もとても親切でした。12時ぐらいに到著しましたが、早めにチェックインもしてくれました。二段ベッドが上の人が少しでも動けばうるさくギシギシと音がしますが、安いので我慢できると思います。観光地、海全て30分以內でとても近いので便利です！

The location is great! Close to everything you need and public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed there for five days, and it was super quiet for a hostel where there is usually noise. The room is airy and the beds are good-sized. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the sensor lights in the bathroom. In the middle of a shower, you have to go out several times to turn the light on. So annoying. Also, unfortunately, there is no night check-in service, so you have to be prepared to avoid being left out..

Beds were comfortable,room was warm. But the location is far from Eiffel tower. But it is close to metro so i think it is not a problem. Overall i like it. Thank you.

Alles im allem war es Okay aber auch nur weil ich den ganzen Tag unterwegs war und nur zum Schlafen dort war. In den Duschen ist schimmel, genauso wie an dem AC. Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gesaugt, der Müll wird auch nicht tägluch entleert. Das Bettlacken war auch nicht sauber (hatte flecken die nicht weg gingen). Das Personal an der Rezeption hingegen war super freundlich auch die Küche war relativ gut ausgestattet. Zu beachten ist die Tür, die muss abgeschlossen werden damit man nur mit Karte reinkommt, ansonsten kann JEDER ins Zimmer gehen.
