本人於訂房網站平台預訂境外酒店，平台頁面明確標註“歡迎小童入住”，未提示小童入住需額外單獨開房、無任何人數限制附加條款。本人一行2大2小（含1名8歲小童） 出行，基於平台公示訊息完成預訂並付款基礎房費。 抵達酒店後，酒店方以“小童不可同住”為由，強制要求本人額外多開一間客房，直接導致總房費翻倍，額外產生房費716歐元。本人提出可升級三人間合理解決入住需求，僅多1名8歲小童，完全不影響酒店正常運營與安全規定，但酒店工作人員態度極其惡劣，僅以“not ok for me”粗暴拒絕，無任何合理解釋，且強制要求必須付費入住、拒絕退房退款，剝奪本人正常退改權利。 與此同時，本人第一時間與訂房網站客服溝通求助，首位客服明確承諾將承擔本次額外產生的716歐元房費，本人基於對訂房網站的信任，被迫付款了全部房費以完成入住。但費用結清後，訂房網站方立即反悔，拒不承認此前承諾，拒絕承擔任何額外費用，存在嚴重的違約與失信行為。 此後本人持續與訂房網站溝通3天，僅要求訂房網站承擔全部額外房費716歐元作為合理賠償，卻遭遇嚴重拖延：負責處理的主管將投訴處理時間排至2月28日，對本人的合理訴求置之不理，全程無主動跟進、無有效解決方案，完全無視消費者權益與出行感受。 入住3天期間，本人還發現該酒店服務與星級嚴重不符：標榜四星級酒店，實際衞生、服務連普通招待所都不及，以“可持續發展”為藉口，客房飲用水、用品長期不更新、能省則省，與訂房網站平台展示的酒店訊息、服務標準嚴重失實。

Super emplacement. Hotel propre et sécurisé. Commodités correctes. Cependant mauvaise isolation sonore dommage mais reste raisonnable quand même

I am very disappointed. Shower is cold water in the evening. The city tax they charged me more, and i still haven't paid it back. The front desk staffs are very polite and nice.

We loved our stay here. The room was very comfortable, if a little basic. Good TV and safe v useful. No fridge but good little supermarket very close for cold drinks etc! Excellent breakfast and definitely worth paying the extra for - lots of choice and really fresh! Friendly staff (can't be said of everywhere we went in Barcelona...). Location - not the swankiest part of Barcelona but pretty central and we felt safe. You generally get what you pay for (clearly some reviews here were expecting a 5* hotel without the pricetag...) and we felt this was pretty good value! Pool and terrace are quite small but nice to have. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel located in the area is not very safe. But the hotel is aware, therefore when you enter the hotel, you will also need to punch the card. The room inside does not have a kettle or fridge. And also the AC was not working, it only provided warm air. So if you don't open the window, it will be quite hot. But if you open the window. it has a lot of mosquitoes. Some sockets in the wall are not installed well, it was not working. I was living on a high floor, the water pressure was not very good. But the roof top pool view is looking stunning.
