Hotel muy cerca de diagonal. Zona tranquila y buen restaurante en el hotel para todas las comidas.

We booked this as our usual place was fully booked. When you pay 700 dollars a day, you expect some basic things like..toiletries, water, coffee pods, ..etc., but no.. instead we were charged for that. They kept complimentary water bottles the first day and thats it. This is not a 4 star property for sure. Restaurant food was also disappointing. We ordered steak and veggies. Had requested it to be well-done, but was served medium rare.. asparagus seems to have been taken out of freezer and just grilled on the outside before being served and was icey cold. Overall a big disappointment.

房間不大但是很新很乾凈！離地鐵700米左右，座落在富人區所以非常安全且歲月靜好，300米有一家大的家樂福，方便買水果買水，雖然離市區有點遠但是真的很不錯

乾淨整潔，裝修很新，房間層高也很高。服務態度也很好。步行3分鐘有超市、餐館、麵包店，很方便。去市中心購物和熱門景點得乘坐地鐵或公交車，比較遠一點。

Planing a 訂房網站 to Spain for half year but the 訂房網站 affected by the war so I had to cancel the booking due to safety issue. I try to contact hotel by email with supporting documents to see any chance to have refund or partial refund but I did not get any reply from hotel. I understand that this booking is non-refundable but at least give me some responses. I have made different bookings of hotels and tours, I do the same action. All of them gave me a reply and show understanding. Very disappointed with the action from this hotel.
