SB格勞-蘇普酒店 (Hotel SB Glow 4 Sup)

服務不錯 風景很好可以看 屋頂露台視野非常開闊，可以看到阿格巴塔 聖家堂 tibidabo山，也能看見海邊。周邊也比較安靜，還有桑拿。整體入住體驗很好。

非常滿意，住過多次，酒店時尚高端，地理位置極佳，早餐豐盛。地鐵站步行距離三分鐘，對面就是榮耀塔，周邊很多美食餐廳，是旅遊和商務出差的理想選擇。

**English:** This hotel experience was extremely disappointing, especially regarding staff service and culture. The front desk staff were cold and unapproachable, showing no basic sense of customer service. They ignored guest needs, making you feel disrespected. Communication lacked patience, and they avoided responsibility when solving issues. The entire team appeared untrained and failed to embrace a guest-first service culture. Staying here felt like begging for service rather than being treated as a valued guest. Absolutely not recommended – this hotel is nothing but a major letdown. **Español:** La experiencia en este hotel fue extremadamente decepcionante, especialmente en lo que respecta al servicio y la cultura del personal. El personal de recepción fue frío y poco accesible, sin mostrar el más mínimo sentido de atención al cliente. Ignoraron las necesidades de los huéspedes, haciéndote sentir irrespetado. La comunicación carecía de paciencia, y evadían responsabilidades al resolver problemas. Todo el equipo parecía no estar capacitado y no adoptaban una cultura de servicio centrada en el cliente. Hospedarse aquí fue como rogar por atención en lugar de ser tratado como un huésped valioso. Absolutamente no recomendado: este hotel es una gran decepción.

Hôtel excellent. La situation géographique est parfaite il est possible d’aller à l’aéroport en métro et bus qui sont situé à 200m de l’hôtel. Le rooftop avec la vue imprenable sur la ville sont juste parfaite. Piscine mais l’hiver on nage pas 😂 la literie était très bonne et propre. Le service est très bon. Il y’a la possibilité de boire du café et du thé dans la chambre. Kit d’hygiène fournisw je recommande pour son rapport qualité prix

staff wasn’t super helpful or friendly, also when cleaning their room, they left all their cleaning supplies in our room which was super confusing. they didn’t give us towels also on one of the cleaning and were not sorry.

수영장은 이뻤어요 해변이 가까웠던것도 장점이구요 (도보로 1.8km정도) 다만 룸컨디션이 그렇게 만족스럽지는 않았어요 에어컨도 잘안되구요 담번에 또 갈거같지는 않아욤 가격대비 그냥 그냥모든게 중간쯤~~

The location is nice and just 5 minutes to walk to Metro station. The room is nice design and the bed is comfort. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The reception is friedly and helpful. The roof swim pool beautiful and face the Gloria Tower.

Essen war super, Auch der Service war sehr gut. Es fehlte das der Pool praktisch nicht beheizt war und kein warmer Whirlpool statt dessen existierte.

整個酒店都有葉子的味道，房間潮濕有異味！ 衞生間洗手枱有汙漬！隔音差，能聽見樓上走路説話！
