Perfect night away - a beautiful modern hotel and rooms with fantastic views. Very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. We had cocktails at Cirq , dinner at Woodcut and breakfast at Epicurean. Had great food , drinks and service at all 3. Fantastic buffet breakfast !!

Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a 訂房網站 we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice! -

來雪梨前猶豫了很久，對澳洲的酒店本來不報期待，但其實還行。前台接待沒有任何區別對待，我們堅持付了現金的按金，以免退還時間太久和扯皮。硬件很新，電梯高級，我們訂的是歌劇院的雙床，給了21樓，風景很美，直面海港大橋和雪梨歌劇院。房間面積挺大，兩張1米51的床，帶孩子也很富餘，也提前給小朋友備了拖鞋。浴缸很大，放水很快，長途旅行泡一下很解乏。打掃如果你主動和樓下的前台提，就算按了打掃的按鈕也不會有人來打掃的。，甚至有一晚我們和樓下的台灣工作人員説了，也依舊沒人來打掃。早餐非常豐盛，西式，中式，日式和印度菜都有，而且出品很高，甚至連皮蛋配粥也有。西式的bakery倒是一般。附近餐飲豐富，步行可達達令港餐飲一條街。酒店自帶的泰國菜和自助也值得一試。

提前買的訂房網站預售1晚含雙早 1999元套餐，酒店大堂層高很高比較氣派而且後門出去就是濱海步道，樓層給到16樓看darling habour。房間面積巨大應該有70多平米，鏡子元素比較多，各種燈控和窗簾都可以床頭櫃前ipad操作比較有科技感，淋浴設備和馬桶很新很好用，硬件是雪梨幾家五星裡面最好的。酒店早餐7點多去人很少，早餐種類還算齊全但味道就一般般吧。5樓餐廳旁邊就是室外無邊泳池，游完泳了可以躺著吹吹風。

來雪梨出差住的酒店。風景很美，但是床墊巨差。軟得離譜，枕頭還特別硬。每晚睡覺感覺像是被打了一頓一樣渾身痠痛。服務總的來説還可以，酒店送餐小哥態度特別好，每次都露出大大的微笑😊。個別服務人員看起來meanmean的，不太禮貌。我的司機開的奔馳，門口的某位接待人員對我的司機非常熱情，對站在一旁拿著一堆行李的我熟視無睹，也不幫忙拿行李不幫忙裝行李。匪夷所思！

房間很寬大，我訂的是雙床房，兩張1.5大床，1家齊口都能住，酒店內所有設施都很新，尤其是室外的無邊泳池特別棒，很出片，早餐也很豐富，早餐的餐廳景觀很美，三樓還有中餐廳，設計很好感，餐廳中午有飲茶，價格也不貴，旁邊還有88麵館，很多選擇，下次來心裡還要住這裡

被詬病的早餐我覺得還可以，特別是草莓啥的，非常棒，比超市好吃。房間住的23樓面向情人港的。可以預約skydeck, 有個crown的硬廣跟83層的view. 我自己找的停車場，被酒店charge了100刀，還需要argue好煩。

Fabulous hotel room to celebrate out wedding anniversary. Room is big , luxury and view is beautiful. Something may need to aware: the sink in the bathroom is a bit stuck, the water draining very slow. The edge of the shower area, mould started to build, may need to repair and replace the silicon on the edge . Thank you
