這間飯店還算可以，機場交通接駁還算方便。就是櫃檯入住的時候發生了點小問題，我在訂房網站.com訂的房型跟他給的房型不一樣，明顯的降級，可是櫃檯小姐卻說是一樣的房價，這個感覺不太好。

The staffs so honestly and kindly as i checked late last night and my husband forgot his wallet at the counter so the staffs did phone and keep it for us . Thank you to last night staff for your work , well done. We got look after well.

I do not forget this hotel easily because the hotel itself has excellent fengshui and it brings luck to all staff and miracles to plane-spotters like me. I am surprised to witness Ethiopian Cargo's inaugural flight from Liege to Suvarnabhumi and inaugural flight from Suvarnabhumi to Anchorage on the rooftop pool area as well as Kenya Airways' wildlife-themed Dreamliner livery on 8 April 2025. Good news to customers that book the rooms without meals: The hotel restaurant King Kaeo Coffeeshop has reduced cost of breakfast from 290 Baht to 250 Baht per guest after the 28 March earthquake.

ในรายละเอียดห้องพักตอนจองมีอ่างอาบน้ำ แต่พอเช็คอินพนักงานกลับให้ห้องไม่มีอ่าง พอถามกลับไปว่าในห้องไม่มีอ่างเหมือนในรายละเอียดที่จอง พนักงานบอกว่าถ้าต้องการอ่างให้แจ้ง เออ แล้วทำไมต้องแจ้งอีก และคือน้ำเบามาก กว่าจะเต็มอ่าง แถมน้ำก็เหลือง ต้องปล่อยทิ้งไปรอบนึง กว่าจะได้อาบ
