(Madusea Grand Villa (Koh Larn-Pattaya))

We loved that this room felt like a home away from home. The hotel provided us with champagne and a fruit plate on our arrival. They also provide bikes so we could easily explore the island. It is close to restaurants and bars so we didn’t have to go too far to find things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. We really like the welcoming we received. All was explained clearly upon arrival into our room. The Google AI is a welcome touch. We took advantage of the free scooter rental.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The villa is well-equipped with excellent facilities, the private pool is beautiful, the scenery is stunning, and the smart home features make the experience even more comfortable. However, I have a few suggestions that could make the stay even better: 1. Please provide a mosquito repellent device in every room. Since these are private villas surrounded by nature, mosquitoes can be quite common. 2. Improve the quality of the toiletries. The toothbrush started shedding bristles on the first day. It would also be nice to provide a premium toiletries box or organizer to give a more luxurious feel. 3. Give the front desk more flexibility to assist guests with requests such as late check-out or seamless room changes. 4. The complimentary minibar and snacks should be replenished daily. 5. Please provide two towels in each room that guests are allowed to take outside, such as to the pool or beach. 6. Adding a self-service laundry and dryer room would be a great convenience, especially for guests staying multiple days. 7. Please provide an electric kettle in every room for guests who would like to make tea. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the beautiful property. With these small improvements, the experience would be even more outstanding.

Great location, very close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also provide a free shuttle service, which was very convenient
