這家酒店我真的毫不猶豫給它打滿分！太棒了，太滿意了。如果你來曼谷想舒舒服服泡下酒店，逛下街，看電影，這酒店是最好的選擇，酒店可以通往Central World商場，超級大的商場，那裡吃喝玩樂全都有。我們一家幾口，按照各自喜好去逛街，看不同場次的電影，或者上去頂樓喝東西看夜景，實在太爽了。 説下酒店本身，入住當天也是超級順利，前台帥哥給我們升級到45樓，開始的時候説要收按金，但我表示不太願意付按金的時候，他説可以免收，這點比較人性化。酒店的房間很寬敞，房間裡有咖啡機，房間的景觀也是一流，雖然夜景沒有給我很驚艷的感覺，但這也不是酒店的問題。酒店另外一個很出彩的地方是他們的早餐，豐富而精美，每個區域都有照顧到各國住客的飲食文化，其中一天還吃到釀苦瓜湯，這是一道很地道的廣東菜品，而且早餐的菜品每天都有變化，我最喜歡的是他們的西式麵包，很新鮮，我家老媽在五星級酒店工作30多年，也稱讚他們酒店很用心去做早餐。

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient access to several malls and key attractions. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible dust in the room and sticky stains in the minibar area. The quality of the bedroom slippers was also disappointing and did not align with the standard of the other amenities provided. Additionally, there was a consistently long wait for the lifts, and they could benefit from servicing, as the doors closed with a loud, squeaky noise.

極限週末遊，衝著泡泡瑪特來的，買的非常爽，酒店無縫連接central world,這位置實在優秀。商場十點開門，第一時間沖向一樓的泡泡瑪特，衹能説優秀。

The hotel is connected to Central World, very convenient. Alot of shops and foods nearby. Breakfast is very good, with a wide spread of variety . Gym is big and they provide free yoga, pilates, zumba classes etc for free. Pool is decent. Free Welcome drink given at top floor lounge with a superb view! I will definitely come back if I visit bkk again.

Отель занимает верхнюю часть здания. Ресепшен расположен на 23 этаже с очень высоким потолком. Номера отеля на более верхних этажах. Открытый бассейн на 26 этаже. На последнем этаж red sky bar, обязательный к посещению. Постояльцам отеля предоставляется приветственный напиток. С 16 до 17 счастливый час - два напитка по цене одного. Однозначно необходимо посетить отель. На нижних этажах торговый центр с большом фудкордом, где можно найти картофель пюре и др, для уставших от азиатской кухни

環境地點一流，10分方便，但奈何朝頭早九點幾，有兩名穿上酒店制服嘅男仔，無緣白事用酒店key card開咗我房門，覺得唔受尊重，同埋貴酒店身為五星級酒店，完全唔專業，完全令我受到恐懼

Love it that it's next to Central World where there's a kids indoor playground, great shopping mall, and many wonderful food and restaurants! Room is very big and the kids love the bathtub for bubble bath! Very suitable for families with small kids! Hotel breakfast could be better tho!

Return stay at Centara Grand hotel in bangkok. Loved the convenient location! This time round, all requests were made through their app instead of having to call their housekeeping or front desk which was convenient. Room was clean as usual and staff were friendly!
