住過最差嘅Hilton！以往住過幾次Hilton Sukhumvit 和DoubleTree by Hilton, 都好滿意。今次試嚇Hilton Grande, 大失所望，一入房已經見到辦公椅上有垃圾未清潔，而且房間老舊！很多汙漬。房間內True 5G 接收好差，checkin 時員工又無主動告知WiFi 密碼，想打電話去Frontdesk 問密碼，電話上居然無Frontdesk 的號碼，要親自落樓下才問到！不建議入住！

住了三天非常滿意！房間乾淨明亮，床品舒服得一覺到天亮。前台小陳服務超貼心，主動幫我升級了房型還推薦了本地人才知道的地道小吃。早餐種類豐富，現煮的麵條尤其美味。位置絕佳，出門就是地鐵站。已經推薦給朋友，下次來一定還會選擇這裡！

第一天前台安排1117#房間，毗鄰主路，噪音很大，空調聲也很大。情況反映給了攜城客服，第二天及時處理了，調整到2111#房間。情況大為改觀，後面兩天很舒適了。除此之外，酒店中規中矩，還算良好吧。

這次帶爸媽入住這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！位置特別方便，步行到景區衹要十分鐘，長者孩子都不用受累。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，晚上睡得超香。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、點心、水果一應俱全，爸媽直誇性價比高。前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，還主動給我們推薦了當地的特色小吃店，下次來一定還選這家！

這是第一次入住希爾頓飯店，曼谷Asoke,地點很棒，在百貨公司對面，工作人員服務親切，房間打掃乾淨很棒，唯一美中不足的是地板有點年代，走路起來有鬆動聲，但不影響入住心情！

Good price from Trip. However hotel is very old and not well maintained. I could see molds on the wall though housekeeping is clean. Bed is old and too soft. Breakfast is limited but ok. Gym facilities is old but acceptable. Will consider Hilton Asok again only it is at least 30% cheap than nearby hotel such as Radisson Blue.

I decided to try Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke during this 訂房網站, and first impressions were great. Check-in was fast and smooth, the front desk was welcoming, and my room was spacious with a big washroom. The bed was comfortable, though I personally prefer firmer pillows. One night I ordered room service and the food was surprisingly tasty—definitely a plus after a long day out. Location-wise, the hotel scores high marks: it’s right across from both MRT and BTS stations, and Terminal 21 is just a short walk away. However, the stay wasn’t perfect. The bell hops really let the Hilton name down. They didn’t greet guests, rarely smiled, and sometimes even avoided eye contact after initially seeing you—quite a contrast to the friendly front desk and housekeeping team. The pool felt small for the size of the hotel, and while there’s a gym, I didn’t get around to using it. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient base in Bangkok, but it lacked that warm, attentive service I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

初バンコク旅で利用しました。アソーク駅、スクンビット駅に近く、移動も便利な立地でした。近くのターミナル21はよく利用しました。室內は比較的綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。無料の水が瓶のボトルにはびっくりしましたが。朝食も種類が多くて不満は無かったです。値段も高くは無かったです。
