曼谷希爾頓大阿索克酒店 (Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke)

這個酒店可以被評為全球最差希爾頓！衞生、配套、設施簡直都離譜至極！ 1：酒店空調噪音巨大，是二十幾年前的老空調，像裝了發動機一直在嗡嗡響，調到最小也是很吵。而且空調濾網裡有厚厚一層灰和臟東西，一看就是很多年沒清洗過空調濾網，我用手都能摸到裡面的灰，空調一開滿屋的黴菌味，我有過敏性鼻炎，在屋裡麵鼻塞流鼻涕就沒止住過。後來我投訴了聯繫前台又看了兩間房，結果是沒有一間是乾淨的，每一間的空調濾網都有一堆灰，每一間的房間都充斥著黴菌味！ 2：訂房網站虛假宣傳，我定的時候提前問了客服，客服説酒店2024年裝修的，訂房網站上也這樣標的。我後來又問了酒店的人，這家2003年開業，之前是鉑爾曼，2023年掛牌希爾頓，用的還是以前老裝修風格，90%的東西都沒換過。你可以把住這個酒店理解成花錢住了希爾頓的名字，但是它的內在和服務就是20年前老酒店的水平。 3：酒店設施老化嚴重，衞生情況極差！淋浴間切換花灑和頂噴的插頭是壞的，一拔就掉，導致我衹能用淋浴。洗手盆的水龍頭調水溫也會掉。床單有地方發黃，還帶有小黑點，不知道是不是發黴了。 如果想讓你的曼谷之旅充滿糟心，讓你的身體變得不健康，我很建議選擇這家酒店，你會體驗到全球最差希爾頓是什麼樣的，也是難忘的體驗。 This property should be ranked as the absolute worst Hilton in the world. The hygiene, amenities, and overall facilities are beyond appalling. 1. Severe Noise and Health Hazards （AC System）: The air conditioning is ancient, sounding like a loud engine vibrating throughout the night. Even on the lowest setting, the noise is unbearable. More disturbingly, the AC filters are covered in a thick layer of dust and filth, clearly uncleaned for years. I could literally feel the grime with my fingers. The room reeked of mold as soon as the AC was turned on. As someone with allergic rhinitis, my symptoms （congestion and runny nose） didn't stop once inside. I complained and inspected two other rooms—every single one had the same filthy filters and moldy smell. 2. Deceptive Marketing （C訂房網站 & Hotel Info）: C訂房網站's listing claimed the hotel was renovated in 2024, which the customer service confirmed before I booked. However, the hotel staff later admitted the property opened in 2003 （formerly a Pullman） and was merely rebranded as a Hilton in 2023. At least 90% of the interior remains unchanged. You are essentially paying for the Hilton name while staying in a decaying 20-year-old hotel. 3. Dilapidated Facilities & Poor Hygiene: The infrastructure is falling apart. The diverter valve between the handheld shower and the rain shower was broken and fell off immediately, leaving me with only one functional option. The faucet at the sink also came loose when adjusting the temperature. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were yellowed with suspicious black spots—potentially mold. Final Verdict: If you want your Bangkok 訂房網站 to be a nightmare and your health to be compromised, this is the place for you. You will experience what the "Worst Hilton in the World" looks like. Truly an unforgettable—for all the wrong reasons—experience.

訂完第二天就降價,訂房網站很不負責任,差評都是給訂房網站 的！！！！説説是2024年裝修的,房間一股發黴的味道走廊裡 也都是黴味）,裝修怎麼也得10幾年了。 千萬別定帶晚餐的套餐,還以為為自助,實際上就是個小 餐廳,餐食特難吃,街邊30可以搞定, 到這兒要200。早餐 選擇特少,曼谷住過所有五星級裡面早餐最差的一家了。.. 前台辦入住,臉也很臭。 晚上街上的聲音很大,車流、車鳴聲音聽的一清二楚,如 果非要定,建議定沒有早餐最便宜的一檔,因為早餐實在 是難吃,並且餐廳特小。

21百貨就在對面走過去大概5-6分鐘。對面也有super rich可以換錢。距離最喜歡的按摩店health land走路就到每天都要去報到。大堂挑高寬敞、並且行李會幫你送到房間裡面是非常好的服務👍

設施：基本完善，游泳池，餐廳酒吧，地板有些歷史感 衞生：有浴缸淋浴，不過床品質量一般 環境：地處鬧市，靠近輕軌站，交通方便 服務：服務熱情周到，都很有禮貌

就在曼谷最鬧區，隔壁有T21,酒吧街，交通也很方便，只不過7-11的距離大概要有一個街區遠，唯有小遺憾，房間非常大，不過從一些使用痕跡可以知道飯店頗有年紀了，不過整體舒適度還是很高！

設施：設施比較陳舊，客房內有點黴黴的味道，用香味壓住後混合起來比較奇怪。隔音確實做的不好，半夜會有摩託車比較吵，酒店就是老五星的標準。 環境：地理位置優越，就在商業街對面，過馬路就到，坐地鐵也比較方便 服務：服務還是熱情，工作人員都會熱情打招呼，早餐廳也算豐富，訂的時候900多，還算OK

住過最差嘅Hilton！以往住過幾次Hilton Sukhumvit 和DoubleTree by Hilton, 都好滿意。今次試嚇Hilton Grande, 大失所望，一入房已經見到辦公椅上有垃圾未清潔，而且房間老舊！很多汙漬。房間內True 5G 接收好差，checkin 時員工又無主動告知WiFi 密碼，想打電話去Frontdesk 問密碼，電話上居然無Frontdesk 的號碼，要親自落樓下才問到！ 不建議入住！

第一天前台安排1117#房間，毗鄰主路，噪音很大，空調聲也很大。情況反映給了攜城客服，第二天及時處理了，調整到2111#房間。情況大為改觀，後面兩天很舒適了。除此之外，酒店中規中矩，還算良好吧。

這次帶爸媽入住這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！位置特別方便，步行到景區衹要十分鐘，長者孩子都不用受累。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，晚上睡得超香。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、點心、水果一應俱全，爸媽直誇性價比高。前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，還主動給我們推薦了當地的特色小吃店，下次來一定還選這家！
