酒店比起以的服務質素大大提升了，可能管理層開始更加重視服務質素，酒店職員態度友善了很多，接聽電話的operator部門職員也很友善，酒店整體設計是舒服的，不過每次住在該酒店的時候都遇上了裝修，有很大的味道，而且酒店可能開業比較久，系統上面比較舊式，但是地理位置很好，如果不介意系統比較舊的，也是可以選擇的

住過了隔壁的君悅，也住過了隔壁的瑞吉，這個是泰國自己品牌的酒店，中規中矩吧，如果同一條路上三家酒店這個算中間，畢竟價格有優勢，是性價比之選，相對來說我會更喜歡瑞吉，因為這個酒店配置會差一點而且會舊一點。

帶著期待入住，但是大跌眼鏡，真的是垃圾酒店掛著五鑽水平。 1.房間被套有潮濕，睡的很不舒服 2.酒店在裝修，電梯廳裝修噪音傳到房間 3.泳池關閉，大夏天沒有開放 4.餐廳服務員有歧視中國人情況，煎蛋的一個員工在我們排隊的時候，本該到我們的煎蛋給插隊進來的中東人。 5.手機漏在餐廳，態度是無所謂的敷衍，最後説要報警才願意查監控（而且是通過酒店前台去溝通的）開始餐廳的服務員壓根不理。 6.小童俱樂部極小，打著親子酒店的名號，什麼配套都沒有。 中國人避雷避雷避雷，重要的説三遍，真的垃圾酒店，2000一晚的垃圾酒店，衹值20塊。

酒店維持的很好，床非常的舒服，枕頭更棒，房間是採用金色油漆，床頭泰國文化的做圖，浴室感覺，水溫水量也很夠，淋浴周邊的磁磚甚至到小細節轉角縫隙都是乾淨的，礦泉水給得很足，貼心程度到床頭櫃也有水浴室刷牙的地方都有放礦泉水，背的拖鞋毛茸茸的很好穿。但進門潮濕點...酒店應該備購除濕機 進來大廳的景象兩邊的荷花池更是美麗，我沒有購買早餐的配套，所以無法給意見，唯一美中不足應該是走廊的天花板，需要翻整一下。。

I absolutely loved this hotel! It's conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Central World Mall and LV in Place. Plus, it's right next to the BTS station, making it the perfect spot for exploring the city. The design of the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and feature touches of Thai heritage, complemented by plenty of greenery throughout the property. This creates a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere that I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location and a serene environment! Feel free to adjust any part of it!

It’s worth the hype! I love love this hotel, the Anantara it’s a great deal for the price, 5 stars installations and service and great location! The breakfast has international options of all types including fresh salmon, wide variety of cheeses, breads, bakery, all kinds of options! In the night they have live music, great ambiance and cocktails, the staff very friendly in the lunch area and the ladies told us about the dishes and from what part of Thailand it was, professional and friendly staff. The pool is nice and the meeting/working space at floor 7 is very convenient, overall I would recommend this hotel to solo, couples, friends or business travelers! 10/10, will be back ! The lobby area fancy and perfect for a tea or coffee , LOVE IT !
