I have been to Thailand many times, this is 1st time I’m living in a bunk bed at Norm Yaowarat, and there is other room type choices too The service is polite, the place is really clean & tidy, and China Town and MRT is just nearby walking distance. Many super nice food shop and food stall nearby as well. Thanks Norm Yaowarat, I will be back 👍🏻

The suite was excellent…. A little dusty from lack of use and no shower shoes nor tooth brushes. Staff were friendly and helpful except in the dining hall. Waiter Manny seemed like he really did not want to be there and didn’t want us there either:rude and inattentive. Overall stay was okay except for two experiences in the dining room.
