床邊沒有插座：對有些睡覺時會習慣把手機放在手伸得到的位置充電的人很不方便 位置很好離捷運很近，相對的馬路上傳來的各種聲音也很吵 不過總體來說，下次去龍馬飯店也是首選之一

I planned to pre-celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday (last year we stayed in the same hotel for birthday 訂房網站). Eventually my boyfriend made the stay as a very surprising one as he proposed to me in room. OMG! I am so thankful to the warmest assistance provided by the hotel team (especially Carole). U made my special day a very memorable one! Highly recommend Landmark hotel!

제가 방콕에서 최장기간 머물렀습니다. 6일 있었고, 6일간 경험한것중에 직원들이 친절한것 외에는 , 어느정도 오래된 호텔의 시설을 감안하려고해도, 객실 내부의 청소상태 (클럽멤버 방으로 했음에도, 턴다운 서비스는 제공되지 않았습니다.) 그리고 하우스키퍼가 오전에 이미 청소를 끝냈음에도 오후에 갑자기 노크 한번 하더니 다짜고짜 문을 따고 들어와서 탈의중이었는데, 매우 당황했던 기억도 있고, 화장실부터, 여기저기 청소를 한 뒤의 객실상태라고 보여지기 어려운 수준이었구요, 객실의 어메니티도 5성급이라곤 믿을수 없을만큼 싸구려 수준의 제품을 제공하고 그마저도, 다 사용한걸 보충해주지않아서, 직접 보충해달라고 요청을 해야만 채워주는 하우스키퍼의 상태를 보고있자면 내가 정말 5성급 호텔에 머물고있는게 맞는것인가 ? 의문이 들정도 입니다. 군대 군대 청소를 대충해놔서 쓰레기는 굴러다니고, 샤워코트는 매일 교체해주는게 아닌, 어제 입었던것 그냥 옷걸이에 걸어놓은 수준으로만 해두고 수건은 좀더 요청해도 매일 적은양의 최소수건만 제공되고, 그마저도 수건에서 냄새가 나는걸 보고있자니 차라리 다른 호텔로 할걸 후회가 너무심했어요. 두번다시 방문할일 없겠습니다. 물론 직원들의 친절함은 좋지만, 5성급은 웬만하면 다들 친절하지 않을까 생각이 되네요.

很棒的五星級酒店 地點便利距離BTS NANA站旁 NANA廣場也在旁邊 附近吃喝玩樂都相當方便 每次來曼谷都會選擇入住☺️

Very nice hotel with good service. However, parking in the garage is very difficult, as all spaces up to the fifth floor are reserved. Additionally, the elevator from the garage to the lobby isn't accessible from every floor. They couldn't tell me why.
