位置還可以，門面有D偏舊裝修，電梯直上樓層唔洗再拍卡，安全的話就自己諗，有游泳池唔大，有健身室壞咗幾部，應該都壞左一段時間，因為封塵了。健身室向游泳池好似無人打理咁。 房間還好夠大整潔，不過房間紅色燈有幾個，有D驚所以無開，洗手間有一浴缸一企缸同時出現。房間入可以接受的。走廊寬大舊式裝修，感感燈夠環保，怕黑就要留意。 早餐最基本都有啲，其實行出去3-5分就有野食（M記）

職員都好有禮貌！因為想有浴缸 原本雙人床幫我地轉返兩張床就有浴缸👍🏻酒店有游泳池，唔算好大都可以游到！健身房就比較舊d,同埋入面得風扇！酒店位置nana 站行大約10分鐘，附近有7-11都好近酒吧街

This hotel falsely claims to be 5-star. It’s hidden in a dirty, chaotic alley near Nana BTS, surrounded by noisy nightlife. The place is old, with a musty smell, and I felt itchy from the moment I arrived. Even after requesting new sheets, nothing improved. The lobby is messy, the room is dark with no proper lighting, and the photos online are very misleading. Breakfast was minimal, and the pool area is tiny and unappealing. On the last day, they even adjusted the water system—there was no hot water in the bathtub at all. I called the front desk and they promised to send someone, but no one ever came. By the way there’s a cockroach in the bathroom, and dirty water came out of the sink. Most guests seem to be from Indian tour groups. I’ve stayed at 3.5-star hotels that felt far more premium than this. I will never stay here again, and if you care about your travel experience, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel.

Жили семьёй 5 дней. Комната была на 21 этаже. Лифт быстрый. Мебель старая, встретились пара тараканов! Уборку делали, но не качественно. Завтраки обычные, очень много индусов. Район неплохой, рядом метро. Есть бассейн,вода в нем холодная, территория не ухоженная.

Chambre confortable avec frigo, bouilloire, café, baignoire, coffre-fort et rangement qui permet de se mettre à l'aise. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner buffet sur place qui est. Délicieux et un espace détente café, fitness piscine sauna etc..

Looks like Royal Benja used to be a grand hotel but due to its age and dated architecture looks dated compared to a couple of more modern looking ones around the vicinity. Overall, I am pleased with the stay. Large spacious room. Customer service was good. Housekeeping was prompt and good. Value for money accommodation.

Worst ever hotel booking of my life.   I am a regular traveler but they are as worst as I can’t say.  No customer respect.  They don’t know how to deal with customer.  Smelly tidy old school rooms very pathetic.

I stay@ Royal Benja Hotel- Bangkok for many years but this 訂房網站 I had strong welcome from head receptionist Nia and her colleagues, I stayed@ 29th floor for the first time BEFORE I DIED😂 Luxurious rooms, new carpets for corridors and room with very nice view to city, clean& quite rooms. It was highly appreciated. I strongly recommend the hotel for honeymooners and Muslims families, I would comeback to my hotel@Bangkok soon. Thanks
