Fantastic relaxing stay near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The hotel is located in a very congested neighbourhood. When I read the word ‘resort’ my expectation was something else. However, when we reached the hotel, i didn’t find anything as normally resorts would have.
When we reached the front desk, one of the staffs were very rude. The moment he saw me, he asked me to spot my name on the guest list. I couldn’t find my name on the first page as I booked the hotel on the same day due to last minute flight changes. So in a very rude tone he said, “you didn’t book the hotel earlier but only today.” I started wondering, when did I say that I booked earlier and how does that matter? Anyway, while he was working on paperwork, I saw a sign that said, “No durian and No Mangosteen allowed” unfortunately I was carrying some mangosteens for my family back home. I didn’t plan to eat them in the hotel. So I thought I should inform him about that. When this receptionist heard that, he got even more rude. He remarked, “madam, pay 150 bhat for coloured bedsheets..” I was taken a back. I ignored his rudeness. By this time he had finished the paper work, so he started explaining to me what was free and what was chargeable at the hotel. During this process he also told me that our booking was without any breakfast. I didn’t remember that clearly so I asked him to let me check. On this his rudeness became the worst. And he started arguing with me in a very disrespectful way. I calmly said, “I could be wrong. Please let me check.” But he wouldn’t stop. That’s when I told him this behaviour of his is totally unacceptable. Guests who come at the hotel need a better welcome. I avoided any further communication with him. And requested another staff to give me the room key.
The staff told me to follow the bell boy to our room. That’s when I realised that there was no elevator in the hotel and our room was on the second floor. This bell boy manhandled our luggage and I had to tell him to be gentle as broken bags were the last thing I wanted in the last leg of my journey.
We reached the room to realise how cramped up the room was. It wasn’t worth the money I paid. This was one of the most expensive hotels that was there near the airport. I chose this one as I wanted a comfortable stay for myself and my sister a day before our final journey on this 訂房網站. The room was clean but very noisy. People kept coming in the entire night and I couldn’t have good sleep. Not worth the money and positive reviews that I read before booking.
The place is near the city and the airport. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. It's just a bit of a hassle to park your car. The place is nice it also has a pool for kids to play.
