I booked a room here just to enjoy the swimming pool. However when I arrived, the staff told me that the swimming pool, restaurant and gym were not available. In addition, there was some noises of construction. They could have just informed upfront but not. The room is quite nice, and clean, but my experience was not great due to not being able to use the swimming pool.

一樓晚上是酒吧 佈滿了各種年輕人 很吵 晚上前台也無人 酒吧後門就是酒店電梯 進進出出人很多 各種遊離狀態的男男女女 家庭出行不建議選這裡 房間是挺大 可是細看設施很陳舊了 空調聲音巨響 健身房泳池裝修沒有開放 WiFi一台設備衹能連一個賬號 每天要重新輸入 多一台設備還不行 非常不方便

Room was big amenities minimal bed was hard hotel going through renovations bar at the hotel downstairs was the most attractive of the overall building. Aircon was cold but the rest especially the tv channel signal was disastrous. Good walk to central gaysorn

I loved my stay here. I have literally stayed at all the hotels on Lang Suan. The rooms are neat, huge and well equipped. The staff at the reception are reserved but helpful once you stay for long. The location is quite a walk from Chit Lom station or to a nearby 7-11.

This is the forth times for us staying here at the duchess. We are always love this place for its spacious and it is just situated right in the city center. You can walk just 10 mins to central chidlom or 20 mins to central world. Staffs are attentive and nice. Well, however, the room is not cleaned as we first stayed in 2022, the mattress was very hard to sleep on, and the pillows wasn’t in good condition. The hotel amenities such as refrigerator, microwave and washing machine are old and without well maintenance.

一室房相對小點，強烈推薦一室高級套房，還可以燒飯，吃不慣的，偶爾自己弄一頓也好！圖一就是一室房，門口拍進去就這麼點大，2.3.4.5就是一室套房

Thankful to be upgraded to a one bedroom. They’re going through refurbishment and it’s hard to tell if I got the old or new room. Generally okay, amenities are hopeless to be honest. Just go to 7Eleven.
