酒店的位置晚上非常安靜，裝修有些老舊了，但是設施還算齊全，房間非常大還有洗衣烘乾機可以用，還有其他酒店沒有的玻璃瓶裝純凈水，酒店可以幫忙叫車，送到芭達雅的酒店收1500泰銖

Second time staying here. they had little touch like turning on the aircon prior to my arrival which showed that they do care about their loyal customers. And that they offer drinking water in glass bottle with ample volume, adding another point. The coffee shop next to entrance is also a nice touch. Will be returning again.

Сняли этот самый дешевый номер в отеле Лохас, т к. Был поздний выезд, а продлить свой не было возможности, т.к. его уже другие забронировали. Но хочу сказать, что он ничем не отличается от премьер номера , площадь номера поменьше, и только что без балкона, но тут окна в пол. Такая же замечательная кровать и постель . В номере была пепельница на кухне.

Wie so viele Hotels in Bangkok schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Lage ist gut, man kann sich Fahrräder umsonst ausleihen und durch den Park fahren. Man hat Platz, die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Geräte im Fitnessstudio können mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Dachterrasse ist schön. Es hätte jedoch etwas sauberer sein können. Aber hat nicht gestört. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.

Super hôtel bon service le personnel agréable. Malheureusement après le séisme il y a eu un problème avec l'eau qui n'était pas très clair. J'ai voulu utiliser le service jacuzzi qui n'était pas disponible.

The lady at check-in was very rude from the time we checked in. She insisted that I sit down and wait even though we were with another friend checking in. From the outset our booking was in 2026. After showing her my booking voucher several times she finally sorted it out. I also advised her that we had paid for 2 adults and 1 guest in a room, but I had paid an additional fee by paying extra breakfast on my room, as my mom was also checking in next day. So I didn't take breakfast for her second room but added and paid additionally for my room. Kids under 5, don't pay for breakfast. My voucher clearly showed 3 breakfasts. Every day was a nightmare fighting at breakfast time - first with her and another guy. The second day with another guy and the 3rd day with her and the manager. I will never stay there again and will advise all friends / family who I've recommended this place to, not to return. The previous lady you had working there was much better. This lady said I can't help you if your booking says 3 adult breakfasts. She refused multiple times and insisted my booking and ctrio were wrong. She even told me to call and check C訂房網站 to sort it out myself. This lady doesn't bring in customer service whatsoever !
