Perfect location for shopping , pratunam market Juz few steps away , massage all around . room was clean, staff v friendly n helpful. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again .  Request for connecting room was granted , standing shower was an added advantage for ageing family members 👍 Breakfast choices can be improved , other than that , it’s perfect ❤️

he hotel is located near Pratunam Market and directly opposite Platinum Mall. However, the main downside is that the road is under construction and traffic is very heavy. Not many taxis are willing to come and pick you up there. If you have any appointments, you should prepare to leave 1–2 hours earlier. Aircon is too cold most freeze everyday

I am really disappointed that my flight got cancelled 2 times due to natural disaster, which then makes me can't check in the hotel on time ,therefore I request to cancel my booking ,request for refund but got rejected,as the hotel policy is no cancellation allow.but this is due to natural disaster that is not man cause.i wonder is there a SOP written bout it.ok fine, can't cancel and refund.why I can't change to other date for check in .base on humanity I should the hotel do have the little humanity to change the date of check in? I tried my best to go..but just can't. Regards, Suhana

吃 不錯 住 不錯 逛街 不錯 捷運—不近-就這點走到鐵腿 不過如果撇開這點 還是不錯的選擇 到處都是按摩店 Happy hours 優惠價 按完再出發！

Hotel was right opposite platinum mall, very convenient for you to walk to centralworld or siam as well. Hotel was clean and room was big. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a massage service by a company which you can go to as well

Love and enjoyed my stay! We were here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and they delivered what I requested! A special cake, birthday and hand made elephant were placed when we checked in, was given high floor too! Thank you so much! The only downside is the lacking of food variety for the morning breakfast, but glad that the variety differs daily.

Location is quite okay, except some roadworks in the area so a 10minute ride could become 20minutes or more. Vela Dhi Shibuya is just below the hotel, lots of restaurants and massage places nearby too. We really liked the 6th F Siam Massage.

The hotel location is very good, walking distance to Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. Room is clean everyday by hotel housekeeping. Room soundproofing is good as well. But there is underground construction right infront the hotel now which blocking the main road and causing traffic jam everyday. It takes times for grabcar and grabfood to arrive. Other than that, there is no issue at all for the hotel itself. Will definitely book again on next 訂房網站. 🙏

房間我覺得不錯，乾淨衞生，新，樓下很熱鬧，對面的商場比較像小商品市場，可以一路穿到centralworld和bigc大超市，從廊曼過來的話有A3機場快線可以直達到bigC門口。酒店離地鐵要走個10分鐘，服務、早餐都很不錯，下次來還會考慮。

There is construction going on in front of the hotel. The area around the hotel is crowded and cramped. Deluxe room is spacious but the air con is too cold even after I adjusted the temperature. Hotel is more akin to 3-3.5 star rather than 4 star.
