曼谷西隆富麗華大酒店 (Furama Silom Hotel)

十年前來曼谷就住這裡，超大房間，晚上非常安靜，樓下就是公交站，離天鐵saladeng也不算遠，早餐每天都有換菜譜，還是非常舒適的。就是住了7天，不給換床單。旁邊就是像素大樓，20樓拍照打卡不錯。

之前住過一次這家酒店，感覺還行，這次跨年就在這家酒店訂了10個晚上，入住之後簡直讓我崩潰了。第一次住在11樓，半夜燈自己亮了，電視也開了，然後就是噼裡啪啦的燈閃，我打電話讓工作人員來看，在那鼓弄半天最後説可能是電路問題，之後連續3個晚上都這樣，簡直崩潰了，找酒店調房間，給換了一個房間，結果就聽説別的房間也有空調滴水問題，插電卡接觸不良問題。好吧換了一個房間，沒有毛巾打電話要，結果説不提供，新房間床單上有碎頭髮，甚至還有尿或者飲料痕跡在上面，白天出門房間打掃也不給換床單被套，就連桌上的垃圾袋都不收拾，浴巾也不給更換，服務查到了極限。重要提示：還酒店走廊窗外就是墓園，我都感覺房間**了👻了。真的不建議大家入住該酒店了。

各方面都還好，離BTS沖暖詩站不遠，走過去就行。房間也大，早餐也還好，有樓頂遊池 。客戶服務不要求不給換床單，另外確實有蟑螂

房間裝修了，但是床沒有換！還是搖搖晃晃的.房間也不配牙刷了.地面從新鋪了，衞生間還是原來的.大床房就是兩個老單人床拼的.也不知道是貴還是什麼，搖搖欲墜的穿

房間太大，但咩都無🫣 大床由2張細床合埋的。 入到房間後，原來連牙膏拖鞋連盒裝紙巾都無（only 廁紙） 樓下就係7-11，方便。 如果價錢平都可以接受…..

酒店房間非常闊落並且做了部分裝修，原有的工作枱及椅子沒有了，顯得房間十分空洞。浴室比較陳舊，仍維持在7、80年代的裝修。

酒店的位置可以 去哪裡都很方便 公交車地鐵都有 房間比較大 感覺可以改成兩間房 設施真的老舊 房間裡的蟑螂名不虛傳 空調的噪音還是那麼大 早餐以前住的時候挺好的 這次很失望 炒菜基本沒有什麼可以吃的 中西自助 游泳池在酒店20樓的頂層 黑色池底還是不太好看 服務還可以 早上吃完早餐回來看到沒用過浴巾就在走廊堆著 性價比一般

Cleanliness undesirable as I found small cockroaches (see pics posted). Room spacious with air conditioning sufficient. But I dislike that the balcony is not accessible because the sliding door is fixed, otherwise the views from room would be very beautiful and open. Roof swimming pool look nice with good views of the city. Breakfast has variety but quality not good to me as the hot dishes are overcooked. Need 10 mins of walk to nearest metro station / the King Power tower with observatory deck, 20 mins walk to Patong Night Market. No decent restaurants nearby.

My Hotel Review I booked a Superior Room, but when I requested a higher floor, the staff handled it very professionally. Since there were no superior rooms available on higher floors, they upgraded me to a Deluxe Room — which was a really nice gesture! 😲👏 Overall, the service was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and had good facilities. However, the bathroom cleanliness really disappointed me — I actually saw cockroaches inside 😵😵💫. The hidden balcony area also looked poorly maintained (you can see it in my photo). Aside from that, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with a good location, smooth check-in and check-out, and great service attitude. I enjoyed the rooftop view. The skyscrapers were a delight to take pictures with. The pool was decent. But there were some red ants on the sun bathing area. Breakfast was great, but some items run out if you come just before 10am, its closing time. Our family room was relatively spacious. But the bathroom door lock was broken in our room. The hotel staff does their best to accommodate us. I liked that it was easy to get Bolt rides from the hotel’s location.
