Terrible hotel . The room is so dirty and can’t refund to costumer. The manager attitude very bad. I booked for economic room and the manager say is sold out already and provide me a dirty room can’t refund to me . It’s really the worse experience ever in my life. And is the number one bad hotel that I ever stay in my life . I really don’t recommend anyone to come there.

Overall, a good place with reasonable prices! The only negatives: there's a staircase right after leaving the MTR station, and more importantly, the shower water pressure is very weak. If you would like to havea strong shower, please consider this carefully before booking.

整體還是不錯的。 早餐選擇多樣，飲品咖啡茶果汁、主食泰式西式、蔬菜肉類水果都有，每天都有變化； 房間很寬敞； 酒店位置也不錯：門口就有711，附近走幾步都是飯店，選擇很多； 唯一不好的就是房間裡有螞蟻，客廳裡放吃剩下的東西，很容易立馬爬螞蟻。

4th time staying here. The room was very cosy which I liked a lot. I also got breakfast and I was very satisfied with the selection. This room didn't have the microwave like other rooms I have stayed at, at this same hotel. But I think it's the nature of the room. Very satisfied
