ตั้งแต่ใช้บริการ ของTrip มา รู้สึกเสียใจกับ โรงแรมนี้มาก ถึงราคาจะไม่สูงมาก ตั้งแต่ตัวโรงแรมที่ ต่างจากรูปภาพ จนน่าตกใจ ห้องพักที่ ต่างจากรูปภาพโปรโหมด จนเกินจริง และส่วนของ ส่วนกลาง สระว่ายน้ำที่ใช้บริการไม่ได้ ฟิตเนสที่ต้องเสียเงินเเพิ่มและเปิดให้บริการ ช่วงเย็น แต่ดีตรงแอร์ เย็นได้ใจอยู่ครับ… อยากให้ทีม Trip ช่วยตรวจสอบ สถานที่จริงก่อนที่จะนำมาร่วม พันธมิตร นะครับเพราะจะทำให้Trip หมดความหน้าเชื่อถือได้ครับ ขอบคุณโยชิ

This hotel is a little far from everything and its facilities are a little dated (and not well designed). I stayed there on New Year's Eve due to very high prices everywhere else. It's decent accommodation nevertheless.

不怎麼樣，還不如上次酒店

Отель неплохой,персонал милый и приветливый.Красивый сад с бассейном.Взяли залог при заселении,вернули при выезде.Большие удобные кровати,кондиционер с холодильником исправно работали. Рядом 7/11 и в 15 минутах ходьбы супермаркет.Далековато от всех красивых мест Бангкока,но за эту цену в целом неплохо. Ремонт старый.Уборки номеров и смены полотенец не было вообще,что не очень удобно.Также были щели в окнах,через которые залетали комары,пришлось заклеивать окна самостоятельно.Стирка вещей за дополнительную плату. НЕВОЗМОЖНО БЫЛО СПАТЬ ПОСЛЕ 8 УТРА ИЗ-ЗА СТРОЙКИ ПОД ОКНОМ!Ужасно громко,еще и с музыкой.

I had a very good stay at this Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were great. The location was convenient and close downtown , which made it easy to enjoy the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Phuket.

Overall pleasant spot looks kinda old and shabby but the rooms are big, just make sure you have a working ac because I shad to move rooms twice first it worked than it didn’t and then next room same thing and the last room had a ceiling that was all torn up.

The worst hotel I ever stay in my whole life. This hotel should not welcome the guests at all if they did not fix anything in the room. When I checked in I feel good to see how beautiful they decorated their lobby because there is a spa too but when I walked into the room I was so shocked to see everything in the room run down and super old. I heard from the staffs that the hotel owner never ever fixed anything even the staffs has already informed them. From what I have seen it was true. So many things in my room were broken as underneath. 1.The toilet door could not close. 2. The shower holder is broken. 3. TV was also broken and ai could not watch anything. 4. The towel was so old and torn down. I could not imagine how they could arrange this kind of towel to the guests. This towel should have use as a bathroom mat already. 5. The toilet cover was little ugly. 6.The stair that the guests need to use to walk up from the lobby to every room were also broken and nobody fixed then at all. Even the room is cheaper than other hotels but if they renovate this hotel like I always do at my hotel I believe this hotel could sell more expensive.
