酒店地點算方便，大堂及外觀翻新後光猛明亮，可惜入住樓層走廊只從新髹油，但牆壁裂痕等並無修補，地氈更是汙漬斑斑，入房後墻壁及衣櫃等都從新髹油但並無更換，洗手盆水龍頭更加鬆動無裝緊，墻身鏡非常舊，水銀某些部份已經脫落，窗戶未能關緊有罅隙不能隔音，每當樓下車輛經過噪音便傳入房內，就好似無閂窗一樣；早餐時段因有旅行團關係，餐廳服務員忙過不停，但眼見只得兩名服務員實在人手太少，酒店管理層需要認真檢討。總括而言現在經營者選擇翻新酒店繼續經營，不要只裝璜外觀而不顧房間，住客關注最重要的係房間體驗，金玉其外敗絮其中正正係趕客之道

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is remodeling happening at this time. The room was adequate however lots of dust above TV. And the wallpaper was peeling on the facade around the TV. My room faces a main road which meant lots of street noise 24/7. The rooftop pool was well kept. The exercise equipment was less than usable. The tread mill was so sticky I did not want to touch it. The two nights I booked were enough to confirm a "not again" rating. Unfortunately some thing glitches during an attempt to book an alternate location. The rooms are non refundable. So I am stuck spending more time in a noisy and non-ideal room. But I guess the volume goes up on the TV to drown out the constant noise along with the mice chewing on things in the roof and the wall. Awesome!

I requested a double bed, but the hotel did not inform me that it was fully booked until the day of my arrival, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and the construction started at 7 a.m., causing loud noises that woke me up. It was extremely disturbing. But the service and room were good.

Our room on the 7th floor was spotless. The customer services people were very helpful and accommodating. They are one of the few hotels that offer a late checkout which is as very helpful since we had a late flight. The location was not as convenient as I thought it was going to be .  I thought it was close and an easy access to the train for BKK but it was not so I ended up booking a car service instead.

Отель старенький, но видно, что поддерживают чистоту и порядок. Что-то ремонтируют, что-то меняют. Бронировали отель на 1 ночь, так как была длительная пересадка. Чтобы переночевать, самое то. Постельное белье чистое, в номере все необходимое есть, завтрак хороший.
