帕萊特曼谷機場酒店 (Palette Bangkok Airport Hotel)

臟亂臭一股發黴味道，像**，酒店用品是放大廳裡的，放地下的，真臟，房間也臟

離泰國曼谷的素萬那普國際機場很近，前台服務熱情，到酒店，有工作人員幫我把行李送到房間，房間很大，旁邊有711等。

非常非常非常非常滿意，酒店衞生特別特別好，房間非常大，一個人住感覺太大了，Wi-Fi信號好，離7-11也很近

冷氣壞 但是櫃檯職員肯換房比我 有一些地方未裝修好 整潔程度一般

非常交通不方便，附近正在建築，大有嘈音和，空氣欠佳。

The place is absolutely not in a livable condition now. 2am in the morning, dead tired from a long flight and immigration process but I checked out about 5 to 6 hours into my 5 day 4 night stay. It was that bad. The whole place right now is undergoing renovation/ construction and there is NO mention of it anywhere as of 23 Jul 2026. Starting with things I can't put in photos. The air is stale, dusty and musky. There is a persistent sewage smell from the toilet (relevant later). The room floor feels sticky and the toilet floor feels slimy when wet. Things I can show: I checked into my room and the first thing I noticed was lizard/insect droppings everywhere. The showerhead had no proper 'cover'. I requested for a room change at this point. Onto the second room, starting with the exterior. The corridor lights were half on. The entire left section of the place was under construction still. My room was infront of the lift. One was out of service, the other led to an unfinished construction storage space at L1. The inside of the room? The toilet door had no handle so it couldn't be closed. Remember the sewage smell? Yea it seeped through the door opening the entire time. The toilet bowl seat was only half connected and loose. The taps and shower head are corroded. Insect cocoon(?) on the wall. Dust and hairball are everywhere in the room thats slightly inconvenient to clean (window sills, under the chair, between bed and night stand etc). Last straw was the construction sound (drilling and hammering) at 8am, which was ok because even though I only slept 3 hours, I was already up at that point to move out.
